Alyssa Gruppen assisted us with our hail-damaged Franklin roof and provided tremendous service along with the entire crew servicing our home. Hisway worked directly with our insurance provider to help us file a claim, document the damage, and ensure that we were covered for all of the repairs. Alyssa walked us through all of the different design options and material choices and helped us select a combination of products that make our home look even more beautiful than before. The crew was timely, professional, and efficient and Hisway was careful to clean our property of debris following the job and Alyssa continued to follow up to ensure we were satisfied, which we are.I highly recommend working with Alyssa Gruppen regardless of where she continues to work and give Hisway five stars for their excellent service and craftsmanship.

The people at Hisway Roofing are amazing... As a homeowner for the past 40 years, I have never replaced a roof. Therefore, when the time came to hire a roofing company, I was, to say the least, a bit overwhelmed. When I first met Jaime, he assured me he would work with me from start to finish, answer all my questions, do a fantastic job, provide top-quality products, and stand behind their installation.Well, they completed their mission last week, and I must say, everything His way promised they delivered and then some! Jaime and Jordan at Hisway were fantastic- the job was completed within a day, and you would barely know their crew was there! Jordan offered to help me out with some unrelated cleanup, and even took the can to the curb afterwards. They came back at another scheduled time to clean up the attic. Even got some compliments from the neighbor on how great the new roof looked! Great experience, would highly recommend!

Great experience from Kyle and the team. The entire process was fast and easy, from a free inspection of damage to final walkthrough. Kyle did a great job of walking me through all the steps and assisting with filing my claim. The installation crew was timely, through, clean, and complete. Hisway was fantastic! They gave us time to pick our shingles (we changed our minds twice), answered our questions (we had tons) and walked us through the process. Once we picked our shingles, they scheduled us the next week, installed in a day, and did a great job cleaning up. They also handled an issue created by the gutter guy right after we noticed it. Great company with great people!

This company is a delight to work with. They are knowledgeable, professional, punctual and work very, very hard working to get insurance approval. They take the angst off of working with estimators and adjusters. I would not have a beautiful new roof had it not been for Jordan Greenlaw at Hisway working side by side with me every step of the way. They do not take no for an answer when the claim is valid. The roof looks beautiful, it was done in a timely matter, supervised well, and the clean up was impeccable. I could not recommend then any higher. You will not be disappointed if you choose this locally owned, professional, competent roofing company.

We contacted Hisway because of a leak we were having in our upstairs bathroom. They came out, took pictures and convinced us our roof had hail damage and to contact our insurance. I filed a claim using the hail date that was given me by Hiswayand an adjustor came to look at our roof. He said the roof was fine and leak was probably coming from some faulty boots around the vents. They denied our claim for a new roof replacement. I asked Kyle the representative several times after that for a quote to fix the damage but he never responded to my texts. I got the impression they were only interested in the insurance money for the complete roof replacement job and not in helping me with my smaller leak problem. Which would have been fine if they had just said that instead of not getting back with us at all. I also didn't appreciate or condone them trying to make our roof condition out to be something it was not and passing that along to the insurance adjustor. After waiting several days to hear back from I contacted Guadardo Roofing. They came out next day, identified the problem and fixed it in 3 days at nominal cost. I had called Hisway because I liked the fact they displayed a faith based message and high standards on their webpage. Unfortunately for us, they did not live up to those standards.

10 out of 10 I would absolutely recommend HisWay Roofing to anyone who needs a new roof! They were amazing in their communication, thoroughness, and cleanliness. We also had some interior painting that was completed due to the roof being damaged and leaking. The painting and roof were done so well and very clean. If you need a new roof I highly suggest using this company. Greg was very easy to get in contact with and easy to communicate with. Berto was very through and kept the team on track and came to do another clean sweep.

I had received a letter from my insurance company, telling me "Risk is ineligible due to your dwelling roof being in poor condition, as evidenced by discoloration and streaking."I called Hisway Roofing and they were prompt in setting up appointment for inspection. Dustin Cook and Jordan Greenlaw came out and inspected the roof and found a few leaks around pipe jacks and box vents and siliconed them, and there was algae spots and patch jobs done, but all in all roof was in good shape.I wasn't charged anything for their inspection and the spots they put silicone on, and they provided me a detailed inspection report that I will send to my insurance company.I highly recommend Hisway Roofing and appreciate Dustin and Jordan's thoroughness, honesty and professionalism. I will definitely recommend Hisway Roofing to our friends and families for all their Roofing needs.

My initial thought when I met Jordan Greenlaw was that I would not be approved by my insurance for shingles that were a different color from a previous repair.
