They require half payment up front. Will request the rest halfway thru due to "unforseen" expenses, then never complete the job. My calls for 2wks have gone straight to voice-mail, the address on Google Maps (5510 Manchester Pike, Murfreesboro) I visited & the occupant says she's never heard of Ana Costilla or LJM Construction. Ana has responded in chat thru this business posting however. But it's not operated by the address listed, according to the woman that answered the door.First declaration in June, "We can probably get this done in 2wks." Not a promise, I know. I only needed it done by the end of July. Ana assured me a month was more than enough time. It's now Aug 15th & the hole in my yard now has a PVC pipe & electrical wire sticking out of it, the gaps she promised to fill are still there & they left a large pile of wood in my driveway they promised to return & pick up 2 Saturdays ago.Avoid contacting LJM at all costs. They will hand shake on a promise & never return.
