Quentin and his team were amazing, from start to finish! I was so nervous about the whole process and what would happen, but Quentin explained everything to me and put me right at ease. So thankful that I had them to my roof, once insurance stopped dragging their feet and agreed that I needed a new roof, the work started and finished within a couple of days. The team even made sure that my yard in the back was completely free of any debris and nails seeing that I have dogs that love to run all around.I would recommend using them for any of your roofing needs!!Service: Roof repair for storm & wind damage

Quinten proactively reached out to check on us following the Nashville tornado. He worked with us for weeks to ensure we were compensated fairly from our insurance provider. I'm writing this review for Nashville Catastrophe Services for the roof replacement of my home. They first checked new codes and found changes. Others who bid did not do this. They worked with insurance company to make sure code changes were covered and THEN did the work. It was professional, on time, and many upgrades added because of code changes. This is the way a job should be done and I am completely satisfied with my experience.

NCS was a good resource to have while dealing with the aftermath of a tornado. It allowed us to focus on our family instead of worrying too much about insurance and repairs. Their handling of our insurance claims was solid and I feel like we came away with a fair deal. Great company who is local to middle TN! Very friendly workers who are with you during every step of the process. We are very happy with the recommendations and the they helped us make.
