I called Neighbors because I had a wet spot in my ceiling and suspected a roof leak. Parker came out within 24 hours, and after a brief inspection, discovered the source was not the roof, but a pvc vent pipe, which had not been glued on one side of a T-fitting. He was fast, honest and humble. If/when I do need a roofer in the future, Neighbors will be my first call.

Absolutely THE BEST roofing company! Parker and his crew did a great job replacing our roof. Parker was very professional, knowledgeable, and his integrity showed through (something hard to find these days). He was only a phone call or email away. On installation day, He and his crew showed up on time, worked hard and the clean-up was EXCELLENT! At the end of the day, all that was left was a BEAUTIFUL new roof, Thanks Parker! We had a leak into our home the other day after a heavy rainstorm. Parker and a fellow worker came out to inspect our roof and, after making sure there weren't other causes, discovered loose or poorly installed vent boots. They installed new coverings to seal the boots and, despite my protests, wouldn't let me pay them a dime! I highly recommend Neighbors Roofing and will definitely call on them again as needed.

This is THE roofing company to call for ANYTHING roof related in the Murfreesboro/Nashville area! I called and talked to Parker one morning and didn’t even know what I needed to ask about getting my roof repaired/replaced. He immediately volunteered to drive by to check it out and see what needed to be done/fixed. Before making any decisions, he called me back explaining what he thought was the necessary fix. I was fully anticipating having to replace the entire roof, but Parker explained that patching the problem area was all that needed to be done! He took the time to educate me on a few things to be on the look out for to know when it would be time for a replacement. By lunch time, Neighbors Roofing had perfectly matched my existing shingles and patched what was needed! I received pictures and updates as they made and finished their repairs. I have nothing but wonderful things to say. If/when the day comes for my roof to be replaced, I know exactly who I will be calling! We have used Neighbors repeatedly. The first time was when they showed up during a storm to do a temp repair our roof. They came back when the weather cleared and provided me with a permanent fix. Parker was quick to return my call and got an appointment set up for the same day so that my roof could be fixed before it rained again. He was professional and courteous throughout the appointment and provided pictures of the problem that was causing the leak. He was respectful of my property and did a full check of my roof to make sure there was no other damage. He fixed my problem quickly. I would highly recommend Neighbors Roofing!

I can’t recommend Parker and his crew enough! My first encounter was when he was doing my neighbors roof and he was honest with me about my roof. I was very appreciative then. My Neighbor was also extremely satisfied with his work and how the job was handled. At that point I knew I’d be reaching out to him whenever it was time to get my roof done or had any roofing needs. Fast forward and I ended up in a bind dealing with me moving and selling my home a few days back. I reached out and Neighbors Roofing was able to get me fitted in to deal with an issue found during an inspection quick and at an extremely reasonable price. I gotta give them a 5 star A+ for this one for sure!

Free estimate was given regarding several damaged and loose shingles. Quoted an extremely fair price. DID NOT pressure me to use Homeowners Insurance.They completed the repairs within one day of giving estimate.I highly recommend this company!! The owner, Parker Hurst and the Sales Representative, Enoch Prieskorn were outstanding in honesty, professionalism, and customer service. They explained exactly what the repair would entail, answering all questions. They do roofing repairs as well as replacing roofs.Thank you!!
