I received damage to my home due to tornado damage December 9, 2023. Once Quality Exteriors became my contractor for the repairs needed, I noticed progress being made very quickly.My insurance company approved the repair estimates that were submitted. Work was scheduled and everything fell into place. The office staff and everyone I have been in contact with have been so helpful and knowledgeable.They have made a very difficult process much easier!

Very happy that we went with Quality Exteriors (QE). Such an easy process. Roof off and on in one single day. They dealt with insurance. We just sat back and Jaime and the rest of the crew at QE did the rest. Roof and flashing turned out great. They have come out and thoroughly checked and double checked the roof since installation. Everyone we have dealt with at QE has been incredibly pleasant. Definitely recommend QE for all your roofing needs!

We had a tiny leak which is a miracle considering what Quality Exteriors found and repaired. Jamie was wonderful in assessing the issue and got his guys here pronto to replace two sections of metal roofing. Don’t hesitate to call them when you have an issue.

Molly was AMAZING! She did almost all the legwork with the insurance company and we were able to get it fully covered. If I didn’t have all her knowledge, I’m sure I would have had to pay out of pocket because I was so intimidated to the process. Just had the work done and it looks great! Highly recommend!

I had many missing shingles after a recent storm. The insurance denied Roof replacement and opted for repair. Jaimie negotiated with them and explained why we need full replacement, they finally agreed. 2 weeks later I had a new roof. The work began and finished on time. The workers were cordial and very professional. They covered my pool and placed tarp all the way around the house. They made sure everything was clean before they left. A tornado impacted my family. The insurance company initially investigated and paid a meager sum for repairs. Franklin Hammond came in to coordinate the repairs and discovered more damage than my insurance had reported. He took control to represent us through multiple visits to document or take photos to supply to the insurance company. He and his crew arrived onsite and replaced our roof last week, and they did a fantastic job in one day! Thank you, Franklin and team!!

QE did my roof a year ago. I’m late with the review but life happened. I love my roof it looks amazing. Everyone was very professional and the communication was top notch. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that I have nails protruding out everywhere in the attic. I don’t use my attic often so I didn’t notice several months until after the work had been completed. Other than that no complaints.Service: Roof installation

I can’t say enough good things about Quality Exteriors. I was in need to a new roof after recent storm damage. Jaime Westenbarger was the Representative that showed up to access the damage. There was absolutely no pressure in Jaime’s approach. I met with multiple companies before choosing Quality, and without a doubt I made the right decision.On the day of the install, the team showed up and took all the necessary steps to protect my property and landscaping. By the end of the day I had a new roof, and I could not get over how much life this new roof gave to my house. I’ve had multiple compliments from various neighbors.
