Contacted Aaron due to the recommendation of a neighbor. He stopped by quickly and let me know that other roofing companies would ask first if I was going through Insurance. He also said they would "meet whatever the insurance company quoted" if I was going to use insurance. Sure enough, all of the other companies did exactly that, a couple would not even come by unless I told them I was using insurance. Aaron and his team did a great job, worked all day until the job was complete, and cleaned up. He came by a week later after a storm to look over the job. Highly recommended!

After starting the insurance claim with another roofing company, we weren't receiving answers to questions or even getting an invoice on what work would be performed for our new roof. The other company would schedule a time to meet, but never show up but would text an hour after scheduled times and say they wouldn't be able to arrive. A friend referred Aaron and his Roofing Right team to me. Contacted Aaron around 6pm and he had an estimate/invoice to me by 8 am the next morning. He was able to get us on the schedule for Saturday morning, and at a cost before our insurance payout. Outstanding customer service! His team arrived promptly at 7 am and were done before 3pm, including cleaning all the debris. Aaron was able to also file or roof warranty for us. Aaron is HONEST, respectful and knowledgeable.We had another roofing come out and they tried to convence me to get my insurance to pay for a new roof. I knew that I was only missing a few shingles in a couple of spots and my roof is not that old. I told them no so they quoted me over $7,000 to repair.Aron came out and assessed the damage. After receiving his extremely reasonable quote I was concerned he had missed something so I shared with him the information from the other roofer. He was very professional and did not talk bad about any other company. He did however speak honestly about the situation with my roof. The truth is the installer must have had one guy that didn’t know what he was doing so some of my shingles were sliding off because they had not been installed properly (not covered by insurance). The business was very quick to respond and deliver service. The roof damage was repaired, matching exactly the new shingles to the old shingles and did a very good job. The worker was very pleasant, well mannered, and professional. He took great care not to damage anything on the house or the landscaping during the process and cleaned up the area before leaving. My wife and I are both retired and although we knew we needed a new roof, we were not looking forward to the process. I called Roofing Right after seeing one of their trucks with a veteran owned business sticker on the back as I am a former Marine Corps veteran. They came out, walked us through the process, and quoted us a fair price. We were happy with our roof and happy that we saved $500 because of my veteran status but what we were most impressed with is how they handled a problem we had with our yard. The material company drove their forklift in our yard to deliver the materials and left two big ruts. I told Roofing Right not to worry about it but within a week, he had sent a lawn care company out there to fix the ruts and replace the grass with sod. After a couple of weeks, you couldn't even tell tell there had ever been a problem. Any company can make a mistake, but it is the best ones that own up to it and make it right. Thank you!

We had some minor damage to our roof after one of the recent storms. Most roofers we contacted simply wanted to sell us a completely new roof. Others wouldn't take our job because it was "too small". Aaron, on the other hand, was glad to take the job. He gave us an honest assessment, didn't upsell us on a bunch of services we didn't need, got us right on the schedule, finished our job in less than a day, and all this at a more than fair price! I cannot say enough about how good this company is. Aaron Carlton ( the owner of the company) was always very polite and friendly and explained throughly any questions we ask him. They worked all day until it was almost dark to finish our roof on a Friday night. Then they put headlamps on and spent another hour picking up the trash around the house and came back the next morning ( which was Saturday) to make sure all the nails were picked up.
