Can't recommend enough! Stones River Roofing did a full roof replacement on my home. I'd called a few companies to get quotes, and Stones River was the only one that suggested working with my insurance; none of the other businesses even offered to contact my insurance due to the age of my roof.Throughout the process, Micheal at Stones River was extremely helpful. He worked with my insurance to help get my roof covered and answered all my questions.When the time for the roof replacement arrived, Micheal and his crew were efficient and thorough. They even showed up with a larger crew than normal to make sure they got my roof done before it rained.Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my experience and won't hesitate to reach out to Stones River Roofing again if anything should come up!

Best customer service I have experienced from a company in a very long time! I found water stains on the ceiling in my sons closet. I called Stones River Roofing, and they put me on the schedule immediately. While inspecting my roof they found nails that had not been sealed. They sealed every nail and boot they could find. They would not accept payment for their time, labor, or material. They instructed me to monitor the area found, and to call them if anything changes. Will recommend to everyone.

I had an excellent experience with my roof replacement from Stones River Roofing. Michael was the Project Manager. He was always very professional in all our conversations. He explained every detail of the process, took before & after pictures, answered any questions, provided a written estimate & invoice, and over-saw the work crew during the construction. The work was completed in a timely manner and the clean-up was perfect. The finished roof looks great, there have been no problems, and the cost was reasonable. Stones River Roofing replaced the roof on our home a couple years ago. Their representative, Micheal Richardson was helpful to my husband and me in choosing the best option for us in roofing materials. He inspired confidence in us; he kept us informed as to when our roof would be changed; and he oversaw the job being done and personally got up on the roof to see that the workmanship was as good as possible. After the storms in April, I had contacted several roofing companies about repair/replacement estimates. Several were no shows or outrageous and very pushy. Not Stones River Roofing. He was quick in getting out to do an estimate and took excellent pictures that I got to my insurance company. Kevin has been amazing throughout our entire roof replacement, from the first contact with us to the finished product. He was very involved in the insurance claim process, helping us along through our first roofing claim that we had know idea of what to do. His workers were very professional and efficient. Kevin even came out personally a day after the job was finished and made sure everything was cleaned up properly. He has a great attitude, he is very knowledgeable about roofing and insurance claims, and is very personable. Hopefully I won't need to replace my roof anytime soon, but if anything is needed, Stones River Roofing will be the first call I make.

Working with Michael Colvin and Stones River Roofing couldn’t have gone better. Michael personally walked through every step of the process with me. He communicated directly with me throughout the completion of the project. He was easy to get in touch with and would promptly reply to any missed communications. Stones River Roofing has been nothing but a good experience from the beginning. Starts off by saying Michael was the nicest man we’ve dealt with. Him and his company came out to fix the front half of ourRoof due to leakage and what may have been the beginnings of mold. Did a great job with the entire job: then a big storm blew through LaVergne/Smyrna which I thought may have blown some shingles off so we called Michael, who went above and beyond to come out and check our roof!!! We will use Stones River Roofing from here on out!

My roof was leaking around the vent pipe and needed a new boot. I got quotes from several companies that were astronomical and clearly trying to get me to replace my entire roof. As my roof still has quite a bit of life in it and I am planning a renovation in the next few years that would involve replacing the roof, I really just wanted it repaired. I cannot say enough good things about Stones River Roofing!!! Jason was professional, kind, thorough, and took care of our recent storm damage. Insurance sent someone out and we were quoted $750 to replace flashing. We wanted a second opinion. Jason gave us some options for replacement, but showed us that there was no structural damage and said he could actually just put some nails back in there and fix it on the spot. He could have charged us and sold us on reasons to replace it, but was honest, fair, and even checked the rest of the roof out to ensure there was no further damage. Some shingles had blown off weeks prior, and again, he could have come up with some things, or charged to inspect them where we put them back in place. He said for now everything looks good. A rock on the front of the house had shifted and fell out of place. While he was on the roof he fixed that back too! He went above and beyond for us and we couldn’t be happier!!! I cannot say enough about how wonderful Stones River was. They are clearly masters of their craft. The roof has upgraded our entire house! They were fast and efficient. I couldn't believe they got it done so quickly! I was impressed by their professionalism. The attention and guidance we got from their team blew me away.Before the project, I had asked if they thought some of our storm damage would be worth submitting as a claim (not thinking it would but hey worth a shot!) and they did their due diligence gathering all info and evidence of damage. It turned out to be a lot more damage than we anticipated! So we submitted it and received a check from our insurance company.I would highly recommend Stones River. Michael & his crew were top-notch!Our roof was quite old and had sustained some wind damage from the 'Derecho' that swept through Nashville in May 2020, so we had Stones River come out for a free estimate.
