TriStar roofing is the best ! I called them over a weekend in a bit of a panic after finding a wet spot on my walls . Kyle took time to listen to exactly what was occurring and was able to pretty much figure out the problem before even coming for site visit. They showed up 1st thing Monday morning and by Friday were back and able to resolve the “ICE DAM” issue so that it wont happen again in the future.Kyle and his team we’re diligent, responsive and took the time to thoroughly explain and address the issue - also showed me pictures before and after. Highly recommend TriStar !!You will not be disappointed with their level of service and knowledge- as well as responsiveness.

We had a roof leak through to our kitchen ceiling in the midst of a stretch of bad weather, We called Kyle the owner who went out of his way to come right over and give everything a thorough look and see what the problem was. He determined the source of the leaks and proposed a repair at a fair price and returned with a team to make the repairs. They got the work done on time and at the price quoted. We would definitely use this company again if we have additional issues elsewhere. We highly recommend them.

I can't recommend Don and Kyle more. Not only did they walk me through the steps of a roof replacement, they completed the work at a great price, quality and extremely quickly.They later came back to help me clean up my exterior brick work, and did a very thorough job at that as well.

Tristar Roofing did an excellent job! We had some shingles get blown off in a storm, and Tristar was able to come out right away and inspect the roof.They were very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. After they repaired it, it ended up costing exactly what they estimated.

Can’t say enough about the great job Tri-Star did with our cleaning. We had a pretty messy driveway, front walk, back walk, and patio, and Don was wonderful to work with. He took the time talk with us about what he saw that was needed, made additional suggestions (but avoided the typical up-selling efforts salesmen will throw at you), and gave a reasonable price for completing the work. And then the work was done very well. He took the time needed to ensure the job was completed like a service should be done, and it looks great! Great work, good price, fair guy... We’ll have him back for future projects.

Called them to look at my roof. Instead of taking advantage of me they actually said my roof was good and did not need replacement as I thought. Tristar replaced my fascia and gutters. Good help is hard to find these days but Don is the exception to the rule. I tried another contractor only for him to flake out on me. I have no complaints. Insurances are not always the easiest to deal with nor the most cooperative when submitting a claim. Kyle was prompt, honest, and straight forward from the start and communicated everything through the entire process. I was shown and explained what was necessary for my roof. He showed up every time the insurance sent someone out (multiple times) and held the insurance responsible.The crew sent to replace roof were equally prompt and professional. They tackled the project right away, completed in one day, and left no trace.After installation, the superb customer service did not end. Tri Star ensured everything was completed as requested and to our satisfaction.I don't believe we will have to ever use another company other than TriStar Roofing, and I'll spread those same sentiments to others. During one of the big storms recently, and I have water dripping from my ceiling. Talk to the guys over at TriStar and they said they could come and have a look at it for me for free. It wound up just being a simple silicone patch job and they were in and out very quickly. It was extremely non-invasive to my schedule, and I have not had any problems with the leak since!
