What a pleasure it was to contract with John and the Allbrite team to clean the windows at a property of 4-story townhomes I help manage. Not only did they take care of the trees and clean my gutters, they also made me aware of the damage to my shingles on my roof and repaired those damages at very low additional cost. These guys are great! I had heard it was hard to get an appointment with them. But I needed them to come for a party, and they came when I called at the last minute (another company cancelled). They helped decrease my stress level by making us all laugh. Cleaned the gutters for free, and did a free home inspection. They brought their mascot Boarder Collie, and had the kids convinced that John (owner) was Spider man!

We've had professional window cleaning in the past. We are not happy with the windows. They do not look clean. They are streaky, some are still dirty, and the ledges are not cleaned on all the windows. We've voiced our concern with little response. Decks and flat surfaces were cleaned as well but do not look clean. Literally, muddy foot prints can still be seen on the composite deck. . He is a little pricey as well.. I don't mind paying for good service, but expect GOOD service. Will not use again.

They answered quickly, and were out the same week. They showed up on time, and did exactly what they said they would at the agreed on price. In addition to the gutter cleaning they found a place where a sizeable portion of our gutter had come loose. Without an upcharge they just fixed it. I am very happy with the services they provided.
