Our sales rep Jacob was wonderful to work with. After State Farm denied our claim, Jacob took tons of pictures showing hail damage everywhere to fight State Farm. A new storm disaster team field adjustor came out, approved complete replacement on our house & 1800 sq ft shop! A few days later, the shingle delivery arrived, and next morning the roofing crew was on-site at 7am, covering all our plants with tarps. One side had my heirloom rose garden - they handed down the old shingle strips a piece at a time and threw them directly into their trailer. Not one Petal or branch was lost!! The house was finished same day, shop by noon 2nd day. Cleanup was meticulous - hardly any nails found afterwards. If you have been denied a claim with your insurance company, these guys know how to fight back & get positive results! They did 6-8 homes on 2 streets in our subdivision! Jacob is the best!!!

I had a storm blow through a few weeks ago and it took off a good portion of my shingles. Out of 3 different roofing companies, 2 showed up. The 1st said he would get me an estimate by the next day (never heard back). I spoke with Wes at Roof it Forward and he said his partner (Mark Simmons) was close to me and he would have Mark call. Within 30 minutes Mark was at my house. As insurance companies will do, they said my entire roof needed replaced, but due to it’s age, they were only paying half the cost. Mark went over the top! He sat down with the wife and I, explained every part of the process, set us up with top of the line shingles (50 yr shingles with 130 mph wind rating and warranted to boot), had us scheduled and completed within days. Mark Simmons, you gave us peace of mind, assurance, friendship, and a long lasting gratitude to both your company and yourself. You are a true asset and I hope the company acknowledges that. The rep was very helpful. First, he worked with State Farm to get our roof insurance claim approved. Prior to this we had submitted claims twice with no approval. But the claim was approved after our rep met with them. Then the roof replacement was scheduled quickly and the roof was repaired. This was very much appreciated as we had some leaks. We had hail damage in early 2021 and our insurance company denied our claim. We then had shingles flying off our roof and they ended up canceling us. A couple of weeks later, Stone and Nathan showed up at our house and took care of everything. Their timing was perfect!! They contacted our previous insurance company and insisted they send someone out. The inspector found ample damage and approved our new roof. Stone was so responsive and wonderful to work with. Nathan Saulsbury was incredible! We had used a different roof company who did not really try to fight our insurance company to cover the cost of our hail damaged roof. Nathan with Roof it Forward came in after our initial roofing company botched up the first insurance inspection, and he helped us push for a re-inspection as he could show proof of our hail damage. It took the insurance company several months, but they finally agreed that it had to be hail damage and ended up covering the roof replacement. This really took someone like Nathan who knows what he is looking at to be persistent and fight for the homeowner. Once we were approved, Nathan ensured that the roof installation was done quickly and professionally. We got new gutters and downspouts from him as well. Our home is restored and looks great! Christopher Anderson and his team met with us after I called him within 15 minutes. He was down the street working at another home. He was extremely polite, professional, knowledgeable and explained everything. Mind you we called two or three other companies and none of them ever returned our calls. Roof It Forward is the way to go. They are the real deal. Sonny Fuller approached me with an offer for free inspection after a storm had come through months earlier. I was very reluctant because eight months prior I had tried to seek help through my homeowners insurance for a roof replacement that was turned down and the claim was denied. After telling Sonny the story, there was no point to let him inspect. But Sonny came back one more time and explained that he worked with insurance companies closely on a daily bases and thought we should at least have the roof inspected.
