I live in Cullman, Al and when the 2018 hail storm hit, our entire subdivision was affected. Mostly, the damage was to the roofs. The next morning, we had roofers knocking on our doors making offers. Being a single woman, it was overwhelming! My homeowners insurance is with USAA and when the adjuster came I ask if they could give me a recommendation. He gave me a list of reliable roofing companies, BoneDry Roofing was on that list. I called and talked with almost every company on the list and had a few come give me an estimate. I found BoneDry to be knowledgeable and their prices were reasonable. This company was helpful and amazing from start to finish. I will start with their receptionist, who had great customer service and clerical skills, too the man who came to give me an estimate, with a ton of shingles samples and patiently answered all my questions and helped me pick the best shingles for my home, too the roofers who took pictures of the part of my roof where the decking wasn't damaged and were honest enough to not charge me for materials not needed. They worked quickly and cleaned up afterwards. My house was the first one in the subdivision to be finished. So-o-o-o from start to finish.... I would give Bone Dry Roofing Company a 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 rating!!!

I couldn't be happier with Bone Dry Roofing. My roof repairman Johnny was a professional and a master at his workmanship. It's been a year and the repair is better than the original builders. Jody and Johnny were responsive...no delays, no missed appointments, on-time and like I said, the repair is better than new. Bone Dry Roofing is the only roofing company I'll call from now on!

Bone Dry Roofing did a great job putting on my roof. Keeping me informed and updated on the progress. Would have liked to given them 5 stars. Bt they could spend a little more time on cleanup. I know they put down tarps to help collect the nails and old shingles that fall off the roof and after they use a magnet to pickup any nails missed. But within 2 weeks of the finished Roofing job I had two roofing nails puncture my van tires. I then went around my house and my gravel driveway with my own magnet and picked up 27 additional Roofing nails. About half were in the driveway. That said, there roof replacement work was excellent but they may need to spend a little more time at cleanup.

Great customer service. During the estimating phase they were very thorough and explained everything very clear. Their pricing was competitive. While executing the work they gave me updates with photos. After each task was complete, they walked me through, with photos, what they did and made sure I was satisfied. I’m not a roofer, but the work they did seems very good.

I highly advise Bone Dry Roofing. I had a leak near the boot/exhaust vent on our roof. I had received multiple quotes of over 1k plus by local contractors. Andrew with Bone Dry Roofing is absolutely amazing. He came inside assessed the damage, and then took his time walking the entire roof. He sent me a detailed video of his findings while he was on the roof. The boot was not damaged (as stated by other contractors). He excelled and exceeded our expectations by having our leak completely fixed. His knowledge and expertise help save us thousands of dollars. We are very pleased with the service provided by Bone Dry Roofing. From the initial contact, throughout the process of getting a new roof, everyone was excellent to deal with. Jody was our first, in person, interaction and he was knowledgeable, friendly and took time to explain the entire process to us. The crew was also amazing. Quickly completed the job, with many updates and photos through the day. Once completed, they cleaned up and you couldn't even tell they were here, except for our beautiful new roof! Spring of 2023, Bone Dry came out and inspected the roof, instead of replacement, they found only small repair was needed. They did repair and it looks great, blended the new shingles, replaced some of the underlying boards. repair has weathered well/works great. the roofer was on time, professional, cleaned up the site, did a great job!

I used Bone Dry to repair my soffits. The team they sent out were great. Very friendly, quick, and professional. They did a great job and ensured that everything was fixed properly, even showing me photos of their work that could not be seen from the ground. Would recommend and use again if the need arises.

Awesome customer service. Had quite a few nails pop from my ceiling though in different rooms, didn’t mind too much considering all the crashing that was going on, patched it up myself. THEN maybe a week later noticed a crack in the ceiling that wasn’t noticed immediately because of the curtains/rod in the way .This was my first roof replacement, so I’m not sure if these things that happened were a normal part of the process.Overall, great customer service, very friendly people. Just have drywall mud, sanding block, and primer on standby, and be ready to spot paint in those areas

Had some soffit work done from racoon damage. Bonedry repaired the damage and made it so the racoon couldn't get back in. The whole process from estimate to repair was easy. The crew left the site spotless. Easy to talk to and knew what I wanted. They were competent. I would use them again

These guys have been great! Awesome customer service. Communication has been fabulous. They have been thorough and patient while explaining what and why repairs needed to be done. They were VERY careful around our pool which was a major concern! They did not leave a mess and cleaned up as they worked. I called out Bone Dry Roofing out to a couple of jobs in Clarksville Tennessee after the tornado hit. I made one call to their office and it was seamless after that. They got out there the next day and tarped two roofs for us. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I searched for multiple gutter companies for repair and cleaning of my gutters. This was the only company to be completely straightforward and clearly setting expectations. I requested from them a relatively quick turnaround time, and while they made no promises, they surprisingly ended up meeting my optimal schedule. The company representatives were also very polite and professional and not at all a sales pitch as I’ve experienced with other companies.
