No experience with these people but if they work like they drive I’d never use them. I was tailgated by one of their employees driving an older Chevy truck for miles. Every time we stopped he came inches from hitting me. And to top it off he never used a turn signal. Extremely unprofessional to do in a branded work truck.

We hired Broderick to renovate the main level of our home in 2010. John and Jason were easy to consult with throughout the project and we received clear explanations of costs for both labor and materials on a regular basis. The care taken to redo the entrance to our home, convert a deck into a screened-in-porch, add a large deck, and renovate the master suite led us to hire Broderick a second time to renovate our kitchen. The craftsmen were respectful of our family’s needs and made the experience of living through renovations as pleasant as could be hoped for.This past summer, I contacted John because repairs needed to be made to the shower in the master bathroom. It had been 10 years since Broderick had built the shower for us. John responded immediately and personally came out to the house to examine the situation. He said that Broderick would repair the problem area Within days, Steven and Slim were on site. When the grout was dry, the shower looked better than new.I highly recommend Broderick to anyone in the Nashville area who is considering a home renovation. Broderick Builders remodeled my condo (down to the studs; completely new kitchens and baths). I moved in to the condo and then they remodeled my house (again, down to the studs with new baths and a completely new kitchen). That's the highest recommendation I can give them. Does anyone think I would have given them the job to remodel my house if they had not done an excellent job on my condo?I was completely satisfied. They are prompt, professional do quality work and provide excellent value. Besides that, I found them to be simply good people that were a pleasure to work with.Finally, billing is weekly and is completely transparent. In interviewing contractors, I found that many bill monthly. It didn't take me long to discover I liked the weekly billing. Given its detail, you're essentially getting a timely progress report on work. I found this particularly helpful when I had to take a couple of trips during my remodeling projects. With emailed weekly bills, I could see exactly what was done while I was out of town. Also, from a financial standpoint , I found I preferred weekly bills. Although you pay the same amount whether billed weekly or monthly, I found I preferred paying $5,000 / week for 4 weeks rather than $20,000 at the end of the month.If I need work done in the future, it'll be done by Broderick.
