Our new sliding door and ground floor windows were the crowning touch to our recent home renovation. I didn’t even realize how out of date our old ones were until the new were installed. A special shoutout to Peter and Diego, our installation crew. Peter went above and beyond to ensure the house was clean, minimal scraping occurred to the trim, etc. He even put the furniture back the way he found it. If you had walked into the house for the first time, you wouldn’t have even known that we had construction today. Thank you Team!!

Hi there I met with champion windows, I thought that the product was great and their presentation was fantastic. Unfortunately the product was out of my budget Even with promotions . But the representative. Michael did everything he could to make it work for us. It May not be the right time financially, but I will definitely consider champion windows in the future. I would definitely consider this product and it's price point a very luxurious item to have in your home.

My experience with Champion has been phenomenal through out the entire process. Garrett the sales rep helped us through the quoting stage showing all options available and what fit our choices. Once the windows were built and ready to be installed, Aaryn, Jim, and Bam arrived and began the installation. They arrived early, working all day into the evening keeping me abreast of progress throughout the day. Fortunately there were no underlying problems as they progressed as Aaryn let me know window by window. Once completed, I was given a test run to show how the casement mechanism worked and also how everything was sealed and weather proofed. My wife and I cannot be happier with both the product and experience. Thanks everyone!

We just had our new windows installed in Nashville. Perfect timing…just before winter. They are beautiful, high quality, double hung, extremely energy efficient windows with a lifetime warranty. We love them! We got an incredible deal (almost half the cost of Anderson), for the best windows with the best warranty of any of the 5 companies we researched. So far my experience with Champion windows has been nothing short of excellent. I received 3 quotes from different Window companies and Champion was the most reasonable choice. Of the 3 sales reps that I spoke with, the Champion sales rep was the only one whom I didn't feel ANY sales pressure from and they didn't stay and try to oversell their product. During a cold snap, hubby and I realized we needed more extensive window help than caulk and a handyman. We called Champion because of a really stellar offer in direct mail. The Rep, Michael H, came to our house in 15° weather and presented Champion as a wonderful, well-established (1953)AMERICAN company, with all manufacturing done in Cincinnati. This alone is a value for us. He was personable, professional, presented/demonstrated an excellent product. He was thorough and answered all our questions. The product is a well made, sturdy, well insulated window (in our case, double hung) with many desirable features and glass that is coated to efficiently block heat and uv. The company installs its own products. We were given a really excellent offer that we felt was so competitive we wanted to recommend them to people as well. I told the rep it was kind of like having two terrific apples and choosing whether to eat the Granny Smith or the Honeycrisp. The decision was that close.

Champion of Nashville completed our patio rooms and deck over 14 years ago and we are still satisfied customers. The quality of the product and work performed surpassed all expectations. Champion of Nashville has recently agreed to replace several windows without charge and has agreed to send an installation and service team to address issues other than the windows. I highly recommend Champion of Nashville.

Most of my experience was very impressive. I replaced every window in my home. The sales presentation was thorough and professional. Champion contacted me before my order was placed to confirm and once the order was placed the windows arrived and were installed sooner than I expected. My problems began with the installation. The workmanship was beautiful and well done however, the installers left a mess of sawdust, nails and screws around every window, inside and out, and made no cleanup effort. Also, the bathroom windows were supposed to be obscure glass and one was not. I found out that the salesman did not order it correctly and had left the company, so he could not make the correction. I was told it would be done as a repair, but I have been waiting since August after being told that the window was ordered and should arrive in about 3 weeks. Not sure what the hold up is. Would I use this company again? Yes. The windows are beautiful.Service: Window installation

Approximately 25 years ago my wife and I had Champion install a sunroom. We have enjoyed it, but recently have found our sliding door won't slide. I called the 'lack of customer service' department, to learn my account must have been purged from their system, and it seems as though they just want me to go away. I sent them my acct #, old sales contract, and payment receipt. Still crickets. I hope that if you buy one of their products, you plan to move before it needs repair.I would give them 3 stars for the sun room, but a 2 star deduction for their poor serviceMarty LosAddendum.I learned that I was dealing with the wrong folks. I was calling the national number and couldn't get my situation resolved. I eventually found a number for in-state service. It was not fast, but the people were friendly and solved the problem in time. Champion doesn't make local contacts easy to find but my experience is that frustration could have been avoided if I could have found them. Again, my problem was solved by friendly helpful folks at the local level!
