Commercial Roofing Rana is an honest outfit with a straightforward and matter of fact way of conducting business. Our building is an American Legion Post in Waveland, MS. We are situated less than 1 mile from the Bay of St Louis on the Gulf of Mexico in a storm velocity zone. We are annually subjected to severe weather, including tropical rainstorms and hurricanes. Our building has a 15 year old metal roof of approximately 10,800 sqft (+/-). The roof is divided by a midline vent running 120’ with end cap gaskets and a flashing overlay of both sides. The roof had numerous leaks, rusted and eroded sections along with the normal wear and tear on screws, their gaskets, and so forth.We sought repair estimates from numerous companies, many were no-shows, those that did provided outrageous estimates for non-required work and all were at best noncommittal to their workmanship, warrantee of work or materials or timeline of completion.Commercial Roofing Rana provided an honest assessment of our roof condition, probable longevity and gave us several courses of action with explanations for each option. We are highly pleased with their quality of work, timeliness of completion, and very impressed with their professionalism and work ethic. Specifically, Commercial Roofing Rana showed on a Friday confirmed scale and scope of work; they returned Saturday promptly at 6:00am and completed all work by day’s end - a significant task and achievement!Commercial Roofing Rana exceeded our expectations in all areas. As aforementioned we are an American Legion Post less than a mile from water, we are a target of scams, and dishonest fly by night contractors. It was a welcomed pleasure to do business with such an honest and patriotic company and watch real professionals at work. I have and will continue to recommend Commercial Roofing Rana.
