We had our roof cleaned recently, the result is amazing!! We had our roof checked and were told that we didn’t need a new roof, just cleaning. That was impressive since we were not pressured to purchase something we do not need. The cleaning team was punctual, very knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful of our property. The landscaping and plants were not damaged or messed up at all. We were SO pleased with Don Kennedy Roofing and will certainly call them when we do need a new roof. I highly recommend Don Kennedy Roofing!!

Just recently had my metal roof cleaned by Don Kennedy Exterior Cleaning. Looks like new again. Ben and Louise also cleaned the roof on out building and all gutters. They took care to protect the vegetation and everything else. Great job all around. Will definitely be using this service again. Thanks!

I have been having issues with my chimney occasionally leaking. Arranged for tuck pointing, reduced the incidents finally Shane recommended sealing the brick chimney. A crew came coated the brick, so far no leakage. We have always found Kennedy to be very helpful, honest and responsive.

I typically don't leave reviews, but I had such an exceptional experience with Don Kennedy Roofing. Drew was genuinely one of the nicest people I’ve ever met! He went above and beyond, dedicating time to help identify the issue and even brought in outside support. Honest and good people. Even my 18-month-old was delighted with him (thanks to the toy truck Drew gave him). Highly recommend their services!

The work itself was great! No complaints! But I signed a contract in December and they didn’t do the job until March. I had to continuously call and threaten to cancel the contract to get anyone to respond to me. So great work! BAD customer service. Not sure if I would call them again.

I was told Don Kennedy roofing was the best in town by others that had used them. My home was hit by the East Nashville tornado on March 3rd 2020. Their representative Terry, was prompt, professional and very clear on what would be guaranteed. Their choice of shingles look great, better than what we had. We chose the luxury line. Over all their service was exceptional. I even had a last minute repair that they assured me they would take care of to make life easier. I live in a 140 year old historic Victorian home and the roof is the most important! Terry, helped me understand what my insurance coverage was going to take care of, and what my personal responsibility was going to be outside of that. I feel confident my roof will last a very, very long time without issues. Don Kennedy Exterior Cleaning did an outstanding job on the cleaning of my roof, driveway and walkway. I never realized just how dirty it was until I asked them to clean it. We had major drainage issues with our gutters and Don's team redesigned the flow of the gutters and recommended a larger / round drainage system . I could not be happier with the work performed by Don Kennedy Roofing when I needed my gutters replaced. I literally had things growing in my gutters, and on top of that, they were badly bent and in terrible shape. The salesman explained to me exactly what they were going to do when he came out to give me the estimate, and the work was done in a timely manner. They did not leave any mess in my yard. I came home that afternoon, and my house looked so much better!! Now my gutters finally drain properly, and I won't have to worry about leaves clogging them up any more. I am posting some before and after pics so you can see the difference for yourself! I would recommend these guys to anyone, and when I am ready to replace my roof, they will definitely be doing that too!

Great communication and showed up on time. Work was accomplished quickly. Main complaint is that I was not advised of what needed to be done and how much it would cost. Now I have a bill of over $500. Would have appreciated the opportunity of getting a second evaluation. Also, if they had let me know that shingles needed replacing, I could have provided them with ones that match. Now I have a section with much lighter shingles. I have dealt with Don Kennedy Roofing for many years and have always had great service. They do shingle repairs which I understand some companies will not do. Tommy and Thomas are great with the repairs. I specifically trust them and their work. When it rained on Friday and interrupted their work they called me on Saturday and then came that day to finish the repairs. I was very pleased with them.
