We just had Erie replace our roof and it looks GREAT!! They were here bright and early and had the job done in one day. The crew was very polite and on the ball the entire day! The clean up was amazing as nothing was left behind. Ours is an older home that needs numerous updates and the new roof just sets off the entire house!! We had Erie Home come out and give our house a face lift ! Lol. We had a roof over done. They did a great job and their service from beginning to end was excellent! Sales rep Nelson was very informative about the process and their products. Roof coordinator Jim was awesome and easy to work with and the crew that came out to do the work did a beautiful job.. they worked hard all day and we are absolutely pleased.

I had a fantastic experience with Erie Home, everything from the initial quote to the install was handled professionally. Ben was amazing at checking out my roof situation and going through the various options for replacements that Erie offered. I ended up going with the metal roof option and I could not be happier with the finished product. The installation crew was amazing to watch, it's clear they've been doing metal roofs for a long time. They were very polite too, asking questions before they did anything, and their cleanup after the job was finished was phenomenal. 10/10 would recommend Erie Home if you need a new roof.

I called for the free estimate for the metal roofing and the guy didn't want to share the price. As of I couldn't afford it he begins telling me they can replace what I have for 15000. And I kept asking what is the price for metal roofing? He kept avoiding once again as he felt I couldn't afford it. Bottom line. I took on y'all's free estimate to see what is good. Never got that quote. I was just told it would be 5 to 6 times more than what you have. Thanks. I appreciate you wasting both of our time.

I highly recommend this company. Chad came to our house and really was very professional and told us everything we needed to know. He didn't try to oversell or anything. They kept in touch every step of the way. The workers showed up on time and they worked thru their lunch and finally took lunch in the late afternoon. After completing the roof they cleaned up the area. So different from the last people who put on our roof. We went with the Atlantic Blue. The fist picture is the new roof and the second one is the old one. It looks so much better. It looks awesome. Plus the shingles are made in the US.Service: Roof installation

The roof looks phenomenal, the crew worked really hard and were efficient. This was an extremely complicated roof with a 12 pitch. They worked 11-12 hours each day and worked for 5 days to finish the roof. They cleaned up as they worked, which was awesome.

We had been shopping around for sometime to get a company to install a new roof on our home. Our concern was other contractors only optioned out Asphalt shingles raised ridge metal. After contacting Erie construction the sales person worked with us on our schedule on coming out to meet with us. It was late in the evening before we could meet due to our work schedules and they had no issues. That was the 1st positive. The sales demonstration was extremely informative of their product. He was knowledgeable of the product, process and all aspects of the company. He had sample materials along with demonstrations of their product stability. Once we agreed to move forward with Erie replacing our roof we were given a complete install price. We were contacted multiple times on progress of materials and scheduling the install. Install day was well organized and the crew was notably knowledgeable of the scope of work. Once the install started there were other issues found. These issues were repaired at no additional charges and the needed materials for these repairs were delivered by another team member. Full install was complete in 1 day as promised. The crew made a complete clean up and everything was placed back in its original location. We completed a site inspection after the crew was finished and everything was signed off with a job well done.I highly recommend Erie Construction for any of your upcoming projects.

I had started to investigate a company to install a new roof on our home. Ours was about 18 years old and starting to look worn. My concern was other contractors only offered Asphalt shingles and I started looking at Metal Roofing. After finding an advertisement on the Web, I was contacted quickly, and the salesperson came out to meet with us. They arrived late afternoon and we finished our discussion very late with no issue. It was a very professional inspection of the roof and the sales demonstration was extremely informative of their product. There knowledge of the product, installation process all made sense. He had sample materials and demonstrated of their product. After Agreeing to use Erie to replace our roof we were given a complete install price. We even took care of all the financials during that meeting to be approved. I was contacted multiple times about status of materials to schedule the installation. The materials were delivered well organized and the crew laid tarps down to protect all the Plants around the house. The Install took 2 days. The crew made a complete clean up. Used Magnets to pick up all remaining Nails around yard. I completed a site inspection after the crew was finished. I found some Items to change and they did without objection. We would highly recommend Erie Home, they did an AWESOME job repairing and installing our new roof.The work crew arrived15 minutes early and began getting everything set up so they were ready to work at 7:00 a.m The whole crew had an excellent work ethic and worked non stop all day except for a short break for lunch, they were able to finish the job in one day. We had rain forecast for the following day and they made sure our home was protected from the rain. The crew was very knowledgeable with all that they did. When finished they did a great job cleaning up. My replacement windows look great! During the hottest summer days, my thermostat is set on 72 but it would get up to 78 inside. With my new windows, it stays 72 inside always and my a/c unit doesn’t run 24/7 like it did before! Installation was quick and the installers we very professional. They are very persistent in setting up an appointment to have a sales guy come out to meet at your property. Once you give the go ahead they measure all of the windows. It is then about 5 weeks until they are installed as they are made in their factory. The product is good. Update: While the mess outside was mildly understandable due to the storm, our attic is a different story. We don't go up there too often and mostly use it for storage. So I was very surprised when I did recently and found that it was COVERED in nails, splintered wood chunks and debris. Apparently while replacing the decking they decided wood based confetti was necessary and it is absurd how bad it is up there. While this does not speak to the quality of the roof, it does make me lower the rating as "cleanup" was one of their primary selling points for their services that they mentioned over and over again. As an aside we had some water leak into the ceiling on the back-end of the house and when I contacted the contractor he came back and looked at it and said "that isn't the roof, your gutters were full." While this may be true (I was not in town and my pregnant wife did not climb on the roof to check), it was a problem we had never had prior and I am starting to wonder if the gutters were clogged with debris they did not cleanup.***end of update***Had a really great experience with this company. We had been looking to redo our VERY old roof for quite some time and were impressed with their presentation and knowledge. Their crew came and knocked it out and were very professional, got it done RIGHT before a huge storm as well. Unfortunately there were a lot of nails left laying around due to the storm but not necessarily their fault. We have not had any issues for a couple months and really love how it looks and has lowered out energy bill already.

I had called four roofing companies prior to calling Erie. None of them returned my calls or showed up. I received a flyer in the mail from Erie and responded to that. Jared and Nelson came out within three days. They were so nice and so professional. they spent a lot of time looking for issues on our roof, explaining what they saw, laying out what they felt needed to be done and explaining the entire process and costs to us. They were very polite and extremely thorough in explaining every aspect to us. All of our options were laid out for us, and we never felt pressure.We elected to get financing through our credit union, but after chatting with them, discovered that financing through Erie would be less expensive, as good of a rate, and a better payment plan than the credit union could offer.We chose our colors and style as well as new gutters and downspouts, which we desperately needed. In less than two weeks the roofing crew showed up as promised, and on time. By the end of the day we had a brand new roof that looks great and it’s so much better than the roof we had in so many ways. Everyone I spoke to was very polite and conscientious, checking with me throughout the day to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Santos, Aaron and Jim were so nice and asked me multiple times if I was happy with everything as the job progressed I absolutely was. Santos was very good about explaining to me what steps he had completed, what the next step was, issues he noticed, and took the initiative to address and repair.The only less than stellar comment I have is that the young man who was rolling the magnet around to pick up nails, staples and screws after the job was complete was less than enthusiastic. We found a lot of staples and nails in the grass and driveway parking area. My husband got his own magnet roller to go over the grass again.I would highly recommend Erie Roofing to anybody looking to have their roof replaced. Sent a rep out (Logan or Tyler) - dude shows up with no samples, no brochures, no business card etc. He didn't even have a ladder to inspect my roof, said everything is done by satellite imagery. What's the point in sending someone out if you aren't inspecting the roof and can provide a quote over the phone if satellite technology is being used?? (sketchy). He promised to come back the next day with samples, pamphlet and a quote - that was over a week ago. You know what they say about first impressions.*update*Should really consider changing the canned response to low rating reviews to at least sound genuine. Nevertheless, I appreciate the offer but will respectfully pass. If potential customers are treated this way, I can't imagine how an issue gets handled after you have my money and gone.
