Olivia, Josue and the entire team were excellent. Initial contact and communication was timely and thorough throughout the project. The team worked diligently from the start of the project to completion including during low temperatures and rainy weather. The team was on budget and on time and this was the best contractor experience we’ve ever had. A couple of additional notable examples of their work ethic and integrity is that when Josue found damage to a window that may have been inadvertently caused by a team member he pointed it out replaced the damaged and companion window to match at no additional cost. Another example is when the team constructed a new overhang and upon evaluation of the aesthetics by Josue, he had the team tear out and replace in a better design again at no additional cost or time. We really value our home’s new look and curb appeal and also the relationships we built with this great company. We will be working with them again on other home improvements in the future.

When we started this whole getting a new floor process, I didn’t really know much about laminate and luxury vinyl or what was best, etc. I reached out and received several estimates - starting with one of the big name flooring companies that advertises “free installation.” The quote I received from them nearly scared me away from the whole process but I plugged along. We received more estimates that nearly made me faint and then…….I met Olivia. She is about one of the nicest, most honest people I have ever ran across in the business world. She explained things, showed me various products, styles, colors, etc. A whole plethora of flooring I never knew existed. We actually had a couple of cheaper quotes, but Olivia is the reason I went with JR Installations. She’s awesome and knows her stuff. AND her husband and the installation crew knows their stuff too. They did a wonderful job. They were fast, respectful of my home and my pets and truly did a wonderful job. So very grateful to have met Olivia and this entire company. USE THEM. You won’t regret it.
