William Richie was by far one of the easiest contractors I have worked with. He was thorough in the estimate. We spoke about his findings and then came back again to double check the our roof. He recommended gutters with gutter guards and they turned out great! We also had some rotten wood that needed to be replaced. He called me to let me know if the issue and they fixed it on the spot for a nominal fee. He was fantastic and my gutters look great. I highly recommend William and MidSouth.

I first contacted Midsouth for roof repairs after the great windstorm tore off a large chunk of shingles of roof and siding of my house. Project Manager Alex Avarez from Midsouth Construction look out the condition of the roof, he prepared and submitted an estimate for the replacement of whole roof to the insurance co. From the beginning, they were fast, professional, and incredibly accommodating. He was very professional and very pleasant from start to end. The whole roof was done and repair work of siding was also accomplished nicely, I am very happy and satisfied with it. I will recommend your Company to the others I know. TJ at MidSouth is an incredible partner to have on your project. We worked with him on a second project recently - updating the master suite of our 1920s craftsman, redoing wood floors, and building an epic screened in porch. He sets clear expectations, communicates proactively, and has a roster of awesome sub contractors to cover any nuance you may need covered (for example, using dry ice to get paint off a 100 year old chimney that you want to preserve). You can’t go wrong with TJ Rockenbaugh.

I don't have enough good things to say about MidSouth. They replaced my roof on an insurance claim, and were EXTREMELY patient while the ins. co. dragged their feet for months. My project manager, Alex A, was one of the best service people I have EVER worked with. He is honest, thorough, responsive, supportive, an advocate, and just an all-around friendly and nice guy. The crew that come out did an incredible job, and it was a thing of beauty to watch. The crew was so big that they had my old roof off, new one on, and were gone within 5 hours! 😳 I have an amazing, beautiful new roof, and they did not harm one single bush or tree in the process! I have already recommended MidSouth, and specifically Alex, to some friends. A++++♾ And no, I am not related to them, nor do I benefit in any way from this review...they were just THAT GOOD.

Alex and Josh came to inspect the roof and attics and they were amazing. They did a thorough job checking the roofs, and explained everything patiently to me. Alex also gave me a lot of good tips on how to maintain the roofs and the house, and he also helped me inspect the attics too. Rockenbaugh, the project manager, was wonderful in working with me to coordinate schedules, make color selections and he immediately resolved some small issues that arose during the process. Aaron Williams, project manager, did a thorough job inspecting damage to the roof from hail and high winds, and from snow and ice melting and re-freezing. He gave us a thorough proposal that was acceptable to our homeowner’s insurance company. His crew did a very good job installing the new roof and cleaning up after the job. I first contacted MidSouth for roof repairs after the great windstorm in March tore off a large chunk of shingles on the front corner of my house. From the beginning, they were fast, professional, and incredibly accommodating. Other companies had weeks-long waitlists (as expected), but MidSouth was able to get someone out to me in a couple of days.There was a small scheduling error with my initial appointment, but everyone I spoke to was incredibly accommodating, apologetic, and understanding in regards to this situation, and MidSouth was able to send another roofer out to my house within 24 hours. Human error happens - it is not a huge deal for me (I get it, I really do), but it was VERY appreciated that they did everything they could to make things right immediately. This is honestly some of the best customer service I have ever received.A couple of weeks later, over half of my roof slid off during a thunderstorm. I had already been in contact with Alex, my roofer, to fix the wind damage, and he was able to get someone out to tarp my roof very fast. He was also incredibly helpful in dealing with insurance claims and helped me find a reasonable and reliable painter for my interior damage. Final installation of my brand new roof (upgraded from 3 tab to architectural) was incredibly efficient. The whole crew from MidSouth was incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful, and their prices were more than fair. We waited for the weather to break, then he got the crew out to install. They were fast and efficient. They were done in hours, not days. They worked fast and cleaned up before leaving. Let me start by saying that if you ever need any roof work, MidSouth Construction are the guys to call... My folks had some damage done to their roof from a bad storm a while back, but William Richie was able to show up within the next week and had real-time drone scans of the roof damage.
