What had the potential to be a nerve-wracking job working with insurance, Greg Jackson made painstakingly easy. Greg not only brought an extensive knowledge of roofing quality products and installation, but an ability to proficiently navigate the world of insurance claims. I was updated along the way with the perfect amount of communication. The job was completed in a timely manner, and I dare say, I actually enjoyed the process, strictly because of Greg’s professionalism, watching his interactions with his crew, and his incredibly good-natured attitude toward me directly. This was a great experience from beginning to end. I am extremely pleased with the job they did. I called Mike Ragan Roofing and they set up an appointment for an appraisal. Greg came out to my house looked at the roof. We talked about the materials they use and he explained the whole process to me in detail. He showed me some samples and I picked out what color I wanted. Greg went back to the office and by that evening he emailed me with an estimate. I printed the estimate and contract off, signed it, scanned it and emailed it back. The next week I had a new roof. It only took them one day to take the old roof off and put a new one on. It’s a better roof than the original roof was. It looks great and the clean up was so good you couldn’t even tell they had been there. I am extremely pleased. You can’t go wrong by choosing this company for your roofing needs

Ragan roofing was referred to me by my neighbors after many of our roofs were damaged by a storm. I worked with Greg and he was super helpful, super responsive, and his team did a great job. He quickly gave me a quote and worked with my insurance. I am super satisfied with the new roof, and how they cleaned up the roofing mess.Several months later another storm came through and dropped a giant branch on our roof. Ragan Roofing was super quick to respond, offered to help tarp the damage until they could do a repair. They repaired the puncture to the roof pretty quickly and they did the job so well I can't even tell where it happened. It is rare in this current time to see such a strong work ethic as demonstrated by this roofing company. Our problem was a chronic constructional leaking area at the junction of two roof lines. Only through extreme persistence of their employee has this been corrected or greatly improved. A good company which believes in customer satisfaction.They also replaced our roof after a hail storm. They did all the work with the insurance e company. They communicated through out the entire process, finished the work quickly and effectively, and did a great job cleaning up. Nice folks, but product used did not hold up. Charged us over a $1000.00 to re-caulk some flashing to stop a roof leak. Caulk product used was either defective or sub-par and failed in less than a year. Sent pictures of cracked and failed caulking and wrote letter to report and got no response at all.
