I had my roof replaced by Music City Roofers. All I can say is WOW!!!. From the time I met with Travis in December until April Travis has been nothing less than top notch. He has communicated with me every step of the way from dealing with insurance to making sure all the laws down to waterproofing the edge was met on my roof. Dovon was the best Project Manager I have ever seen. His crew was absolutely amazing. They completed our roof in one day and cleaned up and put everything back the way it was before they started. You can not ask for any better experience on getting a roof. Highly recommend !!!!!!!

I tried to get several other quotes from contractors in and outside my geographical area. None of them showed up for the estimate appointment.In an era when customer service, attention to detail, follow- through, and transparent communication is a commodity, Kevin and Donovan of Music City Roofers makes it look easy. They should start a training school and educate other businesses on how to operate.I was especially impressed with the follow up. Donovan came to my home twice to ensure there were no nails or other materials surrounding the dwelling and to make sure I was happy with the project overall. In addition, Kevin dealt with all the insurance "ins and outs," and I just sat back and got a beautiful, long-lasting roof that will protect my family and I for years to come.Seriously, don't waste your precious time trying to get other quotes.

Pete knocked on my door one day and while I was skeptical at first, I had heard of Music City Roofers before so I let Pete inspect my roof. Pete worked with my insurance to get my roof fully approved for replacement based on a few wind damaged shingles! Pete was honest and responsive throughout the whole process....always available to answer my questions or address my concerns. I can't recommend him or Music City Roofers enough! The crew did an awesome job and they cleaned up everything! The roof looks great and we were really pleased with the whole process.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Promptly responded to my call, assessed the damage to my roof quickly and got the paperwork sent very quickly to my insurer and got it approved. The work was scheduled and done pretty neatly and the job was done right. Did not damage anything and cleaned up everything at the end of the job. Got it done within the time promised. They did not even call me frequently to collect. Highly recommended!

Pete at Music City Roofing is phenomenal. I needed a roof evaluation after a storm and spoke with several roofing companies. Of the reps I spoke with, I found Pete to be the most trustworthy. He did not oversell what was needed or pressure me into submitting a claim. He explained the situation and recommended some repairs rather than a new roof at this time. He provided great information and excellent service. Pete is a great communicator, informative, friendly, reliable and honest. I highly recommend.

I had some wind damage, and Peter from Music City Roofers came out today and inspected everything. The damage wasn't bad, and he went ahead and repaired it on the spot. He spent a good amount of time going over photos and explaining everything. I am definitely going to call them after our next (inevitable) damaging storm.

Kudos to Joey B who approached us in November and worked with our insurance company to get the approval on a fast track. Joey B was with us in all the steps by being in constant communication in person, or phone calls or texts. He definitely treated us as family. This is a great company with top notch employees.

Nick came out to the house in less than a day and found the issues and had his team come and fix it all the same day. Amazing job and promptness and everyone was very nice. Music City Roofers provided top notch service! They responded quickly to repair a leak that had been repaired incorrectly by a local handyman. Their crew quickly identified the problem, showed me exactly what was wrong and explained how they would fix it. While on site they also expanded their services to take care of another leaky spot that had caused damage to an exterior wall. This involved repairing my chimney cap and removing and replacing siding. They kept us informed every step of the way and did exactly what they said they would. Daniel Bush and his team are the best! Highly recommend!

I love Music City Roofers. They have excellent customer service and truly put the needs of customers first. I’ll be recommending Kevin to anyone I know who needs a roofer.We received an insurance letter saying we need our roof inspected so we called MCR and another company. The other company came first and put chalk marks all over our roof and told us how we have so much damage and we definitely need a new roof. He was pushy and wanted us to sign an agreement on the spot.Kevin from MCR came a couple days later and politely told us he would need to wait for it to rain before properly inspecting because there was too much chalk on the roof. Mostly incorrectly labeled. He returned as scheduled and performed the inspection. Told us about a few damaged shingles and sent us a report with photos for insurance. He returned today and repaired the damaged shingles at a very reasonable price. We should have a few more good years in our roof but we will be calling Kevin from Music City Roofers for any roofing needs.

Music City Roofers replaced our roof in October 2023! I was blown away with their ability to communicate with the insurance company. Particularly with Ben Blamer. We were having major problems convincing them that the shingle we needed was no longer in production. They insisted the roof could be repaired when in actuality it needed to replaced. After a year of playing games and dead ends, Ben stepped in and in 3 months, my family and I had a new roof on our home. The roof looks great! They team was amazing, it didn't even look like any work had been done - they cleaned up so well. Totally recommend 100% particularly if you're having issues with your insurance company. I had a fantastic experience with Music City Roofers, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs roof repair or replacement. After a recent storm, I found a shingle in my yard and called my insurance company for a recommendation. Their first suggestion was to call Music City Roofers, and I'm so glad they did! Tom Wyrick came out to my home and did a free roof inspection. He found damage in several areas, and he worked closely with the insurance adjuster from beginning to end.Even though MCR came highly recommended, I did my homework in interviewing several other companies. However, they couldn't compete with MCR's 50-year labor warranty, which no other company offers. (Other companies provide the manufacturer warranty for the shingles but not the labor). The warranty, along with Tom's responsiveness and professionalism, convinced me they were the best company for my job.Before the day of the install, I sent specific instructions for the crew. My HOA is extremely particular, and the houses in my neighborhood have very small yards. MCR was diligent to follow all instructions and they went above and beyond to protect my property and my neighbor's new landscaping. My full roof replacement was a seamless process, and I'm thrilled with the results.Thanks to Tom and my project manager, Kyle. I appreciate you both so much! And Mack and the whole roofing crew--you were amazing in your efficiency and care for my home while you completed the job. I'm so grateful!

Patrick walked us through the whole process of selecting and installing a new metal roof on our home and we have been delighted with every step of the process. We LOVE our new roof- it is beautiful and the installers were meticulous with every aspect of the work. But Patrick was truly outstanding in the customer service, answering questions (yes, I had a few) and responding to each concern.
