My experience with Paragon Roofing was exceptionally positive, exceeding all my expectations. From the initial contact with Derek Ratkowski and Nick Rivera in my home to the final touches, every aspect of their service was exemplary. Their attention to detail and customer satisfaction were evident. They listened attentively and provided valuable insights. Sergio, the Project Manager, provided a photo timeline showing their progress throughout the process. The team’s expertise was apparent as they meticulously executed each phase. Paragon Roofing provided a detailed contract and not only delivered, but exceeded all their obligations. The other roofing companies who gave us estimates did not spend nearly as much time examining our roofing needs and provided much less specific contractual information and approximately the same costs for the roof, gutters, downspouts and new shutters. Also the Paragon roofers did not harm any plants , shrubs or trees surrounding our home and left our property clean. The Paragon team’s professionalism, expertise and commitment to excellence was appreciated. I highly recommend them.

Taylor is amazing to work with, I would highly recommend Paragon Roofing. He is very communicative and on point with everything. I knew his thoughts and when he was coming and did not feel ripped off. He offered to help fix a vent situation with birds in my attic out of kindness. Not many roofers would do that! The team at Paragon has been one of the best experiences we have ever had with any contract work for home repairs. Taylor came out in a time of crisis with our roof having major damage and made us feel like a top priority. This made us have confidence in the work being done. The repairs were done so quickly with great communication. These folks did an amazing job of creating a mcm style custom chimney cap x 2 for us that they installed, and did some other small cleanup work for us, and we could not be more happy! Excellent work and it makes our home look so fabulous! Nicest and most polite people with absolutely EXCELLENT communication throughout as well as on time presence each and every step of the way! We would absolutely call them for any roofing work or exterior improvements we needed!

My insurance company cut me a check for $14,000 for tornado damage in the storms of March 2022.Paragon came out with their expert opinion and quote.They cited several things insurance did not account for including (but not limited to) siding replacement, gutter replacement, and many upgrades needed to comply with State of Tennessee building codes. We sent my insurance a bid with PDF files of code documents and additional work, and my insurance company approved everything.The workers who came out were all kind and courteous, and the project manager/owner Taylor followed up as much as possible.The total project closed out at $50,000 and I was only out of pocket $500 for my deductible.Extremely satisfied, highly recommend.Services: Gutter repairs, Roof repair for storm & wind damage, Roof installation

I had an exhaust vent which had been damaged and needed replacing. Not knowing who to call, my neighbor recommended Tyler at Paragon Roofing. Once I called he promptly came to inspect the issue, ordered the vents and kept me informed during the whole process. What impressed me most about Paragon is they keep you informed during the entire process and show up when they say they will. Tyler let me know when he arrived and sent a picture to show the job was complete. Even though mine was a really small job, compared to replacing a roof, I was treated like it was the most important one they had. Tyler was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend Paragon.

We LOVED working with Taylor and his team from day one. He was so knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. He explained what was wrong and helped us understand what he would do to fix the problem. My husband and I knew we wanted to hire him from our first interaction. Our roof situation spiraled pretty fast and he was so quick to come out and tarp it before the final fix (even before he was officially hired to do the whole fix). He gave us great deals and worked with us through an evolving process with sellers/insurance. 10/10 would recommend Paragon Roofing for anything and everything!!!!!

Paragon Roofing has done work for me twice. First, they installed a new roof, and second, they painted my home, replaced the gutters and replaced rotten wood. In both cases the work was done well, in a timely manner and at the cost proposed. I plan to use them again when necessary.

It does not get any more thorough than Taylor Ammons and Paragone Roofing. Taylor goes above and beyond to make repairing or replacing a roof an effortless experience for the customer. His process is beyond thorough. As an insurance agent, we see more times than not, customer's do not have any record of their roof replacement. If they do, it's on a hand written invoice that is dated and useless. The tools Paragon Roofing uses to document the entire process from start to finish is beyond impressive. I highly recommend them and will continue to, to all my customers.

Paragon roofing did an outstanding job. My 3500sf roof has several valleys, 2 chimneys and 4 dormers. Lots of places for things to go wrong in my mind! Pricing was competitive, workmanship exceeding my expectations. They were efficient, hard working and super professional. I was nervous about stray nails and debris being left behind for my dogs to possibly step on but they cleaned up everything. Outside of a beautiful new roof, you would never even know that had been here. Thank you Paragon Roofing, I will recommend you to everyone I know!
