Calling Pinnacle Home was one of the best things we have ever done😁...needing a new roof turned out to be the best fit for us. Tyler Keith is our sales rep and has over delivered on professionalism, kindness, and making buying new windows a fun experience! I did a TON of research on what product would be best for my home and I have vetted AndersonRenewal and a few other Major Corpo companies that disappointed beyond belief. The disappointment came from the fact that Tyler was the first sales rep that we met. Non-compared to his expertise and the Pinnacle Elite Windows that we are putting in our home are far more superior to the others that we’ve tested and tried, INCLUDING Anderson’s Firberx scheme. (Don’t fall for that nonsense.) I highly recommend Tyler as a rep and Pinnacle to help in replacing old windows. My wife and I will be consulting with Tyler in the future for our family business. We renovate old ugly homes for new families to call home and we’re excited for Tyler and Pinnacle Home Improvements to be apart of our process.

We recently completed installation of replacement windows (20+) with Pinnacle Home Improvements. From the beginning of this journey, we were very skeptical and really had low expectations that we would be able to find: (1) a Windows installer company (2) One that is responsive and able to answer dumb questions (3) Won't cost an arm and a leg...We first came upon Pinnacle Home Improvements at a Home Improvement convention in summer of 2022. We got some general info from their booth and other companies' and simply threw their bags aside when we got home as we weren't in a hurry to replace but knew that it's only a matter of time before we get catastrophic leaks due to bad weather (and we had MANY this year (2023)).We called Pinnacle after no luck with getting someone local. A gentleman by name of Cody came to our house. He was courteous and not pushy, which was appreciated. He showed us a sample double-paned window he had with him (which has tint, argon gas, etc) where only 5% of the heat lamp passed heat through which was better than a 3-paned window; which was impressive but I was still skeptical as anyone can bring with them their best windows product but actually sell you a mediocre one (which was my biggest fear). We knew we didn't want the cheapest type of windows, but not the most expensive either as our house wasn't a multi-million $ home.For comparison, we decided to try a couple of others, among of which was Renewal by Andersen. Let's just say they wanted my both arms and a kidney. To be fair though, their windows did look and feel very high quality. Andersen salesman mentioned that his company has 80% closure rates so that they're doing something right (::eyeroll::) and that most people know by the end of if they wanted to sign on. (I thought to myself, ya, I know I won't be going with you (!) as he was very pushy in a passive aggressive way).It came down to Pinnacle and one other company where they were relatively of the same quality and price, I reached out to Pinnacle and the other to see if either can come down more as my budget has been stretched. Pinnacle's Cody managed to come through and reduced another~5% (although the other company came down more) and the fact that Pinnacle was able to work with me to accommodate a few other items sealed the deal along with lifetime warranty.After signing the contract, it took about 2 weeks for someone to contact me so that the installer can come out to do some measurements. After that, it took about 4 months for the custom windows to be manufactured and for an installer to set a time with me to do the install plus 1 more month as a couple of the windows didn't fit and had to be sent back to the manufacturer.Glen, the installer was great. He came by HIMSELF and installed 19 windows BY HIMSELF, in ONE DAY. I don't know how he did it. I thought the work would be sloppy but it was of high quality! He had to stop work because a few windows did not fit (probably due to manufacturer's mistake?). We had to wait for them to be sent back and re-done which took another month. Glen was professional, he took care of our floors by laying down mover's blanket, picked up any garbage/screws/nails as I did a magnetic sweep and couldn't find any around my property!In any case, this was all done and the windows look great. No leaks thus far.I had to take off a star for incorrect grid pattern for the architectural (half moon) window and the project manager not following through on a discount as he apologized for the delay for some ill-fitting windows. The delay wasn't that big a deal to me, so I didn't press it, but as a matter of principle, don't offer to discount if you didn't intend to follow through is my advice. I care about "mean what you say and say what you mean."Overall, I am very satisfied in as far as the work itself and product thus far and will recommend.

I absolutely love the roof shingles and the color, I no longer have to worry about leaks anymore. The workers did a great job cleaning up all the debris and it didn't take long to complete it. I'm glad I chose Pinnacle Home Improvements to replace my roof. Thank you so much.

Kenneth was on time for appointment, demonstrated/showed construction of windows, fully explained what contract would include and final cost. We signedthe contract.Due to the "pandemic" we had a 12 week waiting period. This was no problem to us.Replacement of 19 windows done timely except, damage to one window, which was ordered by installers (Russell-father and son team). The reordered damaged window also had a waiting period. Again, understandable.Once we get to point for replacing all external doors these are the persons/company we will definitely call upon. Very pleased with work.Cost for windows replacements acceptable for quality and service.We love these attractive well sealed windows as house heating has significantly improved. Also, the ability to clean inside and outside the windows from inside our house. These have made an improvement in external and internal appearance.

When the guy came out and took a look at the roof. He gave great details on the roof and what needed to be repaired. Show us a few details and gave us a quote on what it would cost. Also had a great display of the materials that would be used to complete the roof, that was a win for me! He was very professional about the job. It only took 3 days and they came with materials to do the roof and was done in 1 1/2 days the crew was very respectful and they covered my plants. That’s was a professional move love that they clean up all the materials and the roof looks beautiful! I would recommend this company to everyone I know and thank you I love it.

Our roof was a really big expensive but needed repair now. Pinnacle was fast to setup a visit, had a quote and was very help. Great financing. Had the deal rolling smoothly. Less then 2 wks came home from work to a new roof and no mess. Love love it and the company. Excited to get the windows installed. Give them a call. U won't regret it

We had new vinyl siding installed to replace our 25 year old builder grade vinyl. Salesman, Ken, is extremely knowledgeable. The new siding not only looks incredible, but the quality is outstanding. We now have great insulation and can already tell a difference inside the home. The siding job was not cheap, but the overall value will balance that out. Overall, we are totally satisfied with the work done by Pinnacle and the quality of the product.

From the sales call to the finished installation, I just can't say enough good about this company. My salesman, Ralph, worked very hard to get me the financing I needed to get a new roof. He kept in touch, I sent him to talk to my dad who also bought a roof. The crew that came out to do the work were fast and very polite and respectful. They cleaned everything up before they left. I am very happy with Pinnacle and will refer people to them every chance I get! If I have other home improvements they can do, I will definitely use them.

The team who came to our house did a fantastic job on the windows. The house is about 70 years old, and the previous owner painted them shut, not to mention the wood warping and glass leaking air. We also have two huge picture windows out front, and they were expertly crafted and installed, despite being oversized to begin with. The rest of the windows are beautiful and open smoothly. Very pleased!They were efficient and friendly, they cleaned up after themselves, and after 3 months with the new windows we have found no problems and have noticed a significant drop in the utility bills :)

I had windows installed in my home and can tell a big difference in the amount of outside noise muted since they were installed. Also, I had a bedroom that has been warmer in the summer and cooler in the winter, but now it's a consistent temperature with the rest of the house. I'm anticipating lower electric bills from having these good quality windows installed. Cosmetically they look great as well!! Very happy overall with Pinnacle. 🙂

After doing research on several companies we made the decision To to with Pinnacle Home Improvement to get 23 windows replaced in our 88 year old house. From the time the salesmen came out, the follow up for measurements and the install this job was completed a few weeks longer than promised, but it has been well worth the wait. We had our roof replaced due to age and several windows changed over to casements. We called and received a very professional consultant to our home at the time we needed. We discuss our wants and concerns with a project of our size. Cody not only re-assured us the work would be completed on-time, but placed everything in writing before we signed a contract. The installers showed up on-time, worked to compete the job and cleaned up, like no one was ever there. Window installer was a little slower due to COVID and material, but none the less completed the job to our satisfaction.From start to finish a very professional company! We had new windows installed by Pinnacle Home Improvement. The salesperson was very kind and professional while we asked a million questions. The instal team was great too. They were a father son team and worked hard to make sure our windows were put in correctly and taking out previous bad workmanship!
