Had 16 windows replaced and had an awesome experience with Power remodeling, installing our new picture windows. From the sales rep to the crew to the quality assurance manager.Everyone was very professional.the crew was professional and fast .overall good work guys we are extremely satisfied.

The first sales guy came out and gave us a quote for 9 windows. The second guy who came out to measure the windows in more detail said that the first guy had made a mistake, and that it would be $1,800 more. We said that that’s not our fault, we won’t pay it. He said it would be ok - they made the mistake, so they will cover the cost. The team came to fit the windows today (great guys), but I noticed that the windows were too small for the window frames. It turns out that this crooked company made their $1,800 back by making all of the windows smaller than they should be. This made fitting the windows harder for the installation team. Disgraceful.

Windows installed 3 weeks out from closing the deal. Windows look great. A lot of outside noise has been blocked out since upgrade.

We had all of our windows replaced last week and Power was amazing from start to finish. They were incredibly personable and professional. Mike took the time to explain the whole process to us start to finish. The install crew was very quick and made sure to clean everything before leaving. We will definitely use Power Home Remodeling for any future projects!

From the knock on the door to installation, every person that I encountered was so professional. I've never had an experience where the people were exemplified the qualities of excellence and thoroughness. I have only encountered 2 other companies that equaled what Power Home Remodeling offered. If you think integrity, quality, transparency, and honesty are important to you, you will want to check them out. You most likely won't feel that your'e being used for what they can get out of you; they're interested in what they can offer you. (Did I mention no high pressure?)

Will have pictures to follow up but Do Not use this company had windows installed that was okey but still a headache bc they installed a screen that was torn and a door that was dented. Also installed the windows while caulked up the little flaps open when they are stopped to close so it’s a big whole saying hey bugs come on it . installed the door frame looks like a 9th grader from shop class made them they came out to try to fix it still looks awful bc they didn’t fix it the correct way. They just caulked nd colored it in did not fix the jacked up frame .French doors they came out three times now and I still have light and air coming in the bottom. Now I tried to cancel all future projects bc why would I go with them on my fascia and gutters if they having fix nor corrected the mistakes from the first project. Well I called and they wouldn’t let me cancel gave me promises they will fix it which it is not fixed yet and they just finished the fascia boards and I have wood exposed now. Supposedly someone is coming tomorrow to look at everything but I been having this company coming and going for over the past month and nothing is fixed nor done properly nor professionally. I will again say do not use this company. On top of that I was bullied into this sale I cried and had a complete break down in front of the sales rep and they wouldn’t take no for an answer. I do understand that is my fault but I have low self esteem and no confidence so they took full advantage. When you tell a sales rep you just lost your 70k paying job bc the company went under maybe just take NO as an answer instead of pushing and bullying into a sale. Honestly I’m done with this company . And all the good reviews you are seeing bc they sit down with you and make you write a good review while sitting next to you 🤣 this company acts like they care but you are just another number completely unprofessional. Update 3 flat tires since they started nails everywhere

My fiancé and I just purchased our house about 4 months ago and we were talking about getting our windows replaced. I had put my number in for different estimates. Power home remodeling reached out to me over the phone. They were very professional. Brandon was who did our estimate and I loved how he tried including our daughter and tried making it a fun experience while showing us the energy efficiency of the windows. They also have a lifetime warranty which we really liked since we do have a young daughter. He answered all of our questions and just made us feel better about the whole experience. Fast forward to today, Mike, the project manager, came out and he was just making sure everything was moving along smoothly and even answered some questions about other projects we are looking to get done in the, hopefully, near future! I would recommend this company to everyone!

The team of roofing installers arrived on time, worked hard and efficiently, and were pleasant. Our roof was replaced, looks great, and we expect it to last for many years. After the work was done they did a great job cleaning up.

The team was AMAZING! Everyone was professional and the work was done as promised. They did a wonderful job of educating me and explaining my options without any pressure to make a decision. They worked with me on what I wanted to do as well as considered my budget. The quality of product and service was top notch. I never had to guess on the next step. What a great experience I have had with my windows. It has been exceptional from the time I was contacted to see if i was interested in windows, the company coming out and explaining the construction of the windows and pricing, the measuring and the installing. They came out and explained the warranty. I am so pleased with this company and the windows and doors. Highly recommend this company. Everything has been double and triple checked.

Door to door sales person(s) won't take no for an answer, even having a 'No Soliciting' sign. Told them MULTIPLE times, I would reach out if needed. Held me up from leaving my house for 30 minutes. Didn't want to threaten them with police and just told them to set up whatever time so I can leave. I cancelled this over the phone which only took 2 minutes max, no questions asked.Funny thing is, they pointed out they did an estimate for us 3 years ago and still had our measurements for windows but couldn't just give an updated price. Yeah, no - you're not getting my business. Stop pestering people. Your reputation should stand on it's own. All you're doing is taking advantage of peoples generosity.

I used Power to install their radiant barrier in my attic and my experience, from the sales representative knocked on my door all the way to the installation and quality assessment, was great. All of their representative contained a great balance of hospitality and professionalism and they were able to clearly communicate their products and what I was getting without trying to sell me fluff. I would recommend their service and will most likely use them in the future for my window replacements.

I have had a Wonderful experience with Power Home Remodeling. First with the salesman Logan who showed me options and explained everything thoroughly, then the lady who came to measure was professional and precise with her measurements, because the windows fit perfectly. The installers arrived within the time frame given to me. Before they finished a Quality Control expert, Jordan, came to inspect their workmanship and to remind me of how the windows open & close and how rain water will drain. I am so Excited! Power HR replaced my windows and now my gutters this year! Hooray! For both projects, the Power HR personnel have been professional, knowledgeable, and willing to work around my schedule... from the first person I met walking door-to-door, to everyone before and on project day, and to the sincere follow-ups afterwards from their Customer Support. I am grateful for their wonderful services and the quality products that they offer. My next project with Power HR will be replacing the old, old vinyl siding. I truly look forward to working with everyone again soon.

Got my windows and siding done by Power so far I love both. The workers were professional, polite, and worked fast which I appreciate. They came in Monday and were completely done with everything on Saturday. The salesman was excellent describing the quality of the products and the lifetime warranty. That's why I went with Power when I could have probably gotten the project done for significantly less money.
