I can’t say enough nice things about Zola @ Rapid Response Roofing & Restoration. During storms several shingles had blown off on an already very tired roof. I called Rapid Response r Roofing . More rain was coming and Zola personally nailed the shingles back up to prevent interior damage until the roof could be replace a couple of days later. Zola was timely, honest, professional, and knowledgeable in setting up a complete roof replacement on my house and garage and all new gutters. My new roof and gutters look fantastic . I was very impressed and satisfied with the quality of work I received and would definitely highly recommend rapid response racing to anyone needs roof repairs or roof replacement. Raid Response did an amazing job removing and reinstalling a new roof for us. Zola helped us from the beginning to the end of this process, even contacting our insurance agent for us and filling out required documents. They arrived when they said they would and got the entire roof completed in one day. We had a small problem with some overhanging shingles and they came back quickly to make sure we were completely satisfied. I can't say enough good things about Zola and his team. He guided me through the whole process with insurance and what to expect and was always there when I had a question or concern. I'm a widow and some service providers either seem somewhat dismissive or like they are trying to take advantage, but Zola totally had my back. He even came out *two years after* the job to check on something another contractor told me was done wrong (btw -- it wasn't). Zola's the best. :-)
