Chad and his team are awesome. Quality work and products. I had storm damage, he came out and completed mitigation repairs, and then he worked with my insurance to get the repairs/replacement roof and siding done. Total transformation of the look of my house. It’s beautiful now. Thank you everyone at RTM. RTM replaced a detached section of my back porch roof in 2017 and provided a 5 year warranty. I just had repair work done on a different section of my roof by a different roofing company and they pointed out to me the work RTM had done is now a complete mess. The roof is rippling, the roof line is covering the rain gutter, and the list goes on. Now I have to pay for another company to completely re-do the terrible job RTM did because I'm out of warranty, and, more importantly, I don't trust RTM any longer.

RTM lacks accountability, ownership of issues, and ethics. RTM’s Field Mgr. provided 1 quote for 2 jobs. Job #1 was completed and paid for immediately. I had to call their office repeatedly to get job #2 scheduled – the Office Manager’s comment was “it’s not my job” and I will have to contact the Field Mgr. – essentially managing their scheduling for them. After months (at least 6 months of calling), I finally gave up.Then out of nowhere, I received an invoice for job #2 (that didn’t even match the quote). I repeatedly told the Office Manager and Field MGR. that the work was never performed. And their accounting department kept sending invoices. Again, when I asked the Office Mgr. to talk to the Field Mgr. and their accounting department to straighten this out, she said “not my job.” I repeatedly asked for the date of service and/or pictures and none could be provided (I have cameras all over my property so I could validate if they were on my roof). Additionally, I asked to speak to the owner on many occasions and he never returned my calls.RTM went as far as putting a lien on my townhouse to bully me into paying the invoice for work NOT performed. Not until a lawyer got involved and threatened to file a lawsuit did, they finally review their files and admit “no work was performed” and the invoice was zeroed out. This company requires extensive oversight by the homeowner and micromanaging to get the work done.There are many other vendors in Nashville that value their customers and make hiring a contractor a pleasant experience.Service: Roof damage repair

In the recent storms, we received some minor damage that turned into a much bigger issue. Thank goodness for RTM roofing for coming out the day I called for an inspection. Chris Wright was the inspector and he was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about the issues that we had. I’ve used other roofing company’s before and was very dissatisfied. With Chris at RTM I felt like I was talking directly to a friend. I strongly recommend the company and hope you too have the please of meeting Chris! Chris Wright was quick to respond to my request for an inspection and provided a competitive estimate. Chris was willing to make a video that my homeowners insurance was requesting to validate the situation. Insurance insisted on repairing not replacing. RTM was always available in the process even on Saturday. Good people.

If you need a roof RTM is your company. We have had 4 roofs put on with RTM, without even a hiccup with each one. Kay, in the office, is always quick to respond and put us in touch with the field personnel. We have several more properties and when we need another roof, RTM is our go to.

Needed roof inspection following the recent windstorms. Within 2 days, Chris Wright came out, climbed up, took pictures and showed me the issues. He presented all options and quotes relating to the damage. No pressure sales at all and that is very important!! I recommended him to our neighbors, as well, and he was at their properties within a couple of days! We need gutter inspections as well, and will be calling them again!! From the first contact by phone, every thing was professional and friendly. Craig Pitmon was our estimator and was wonderful as our go to person for questions. We had a roof replaced, new gutters and downspouts, and the exterior painted. Also our chimney needed some repair. Would recommend them for this type of work. My chimney cap was loose. A friend referred me to RTM, and I got a human being immediately. I scheduled someone to come out to my house to look at and hopefully fix the issue. The appointed date came and went, but no one showed. I called the next day and they acknowledged the mistake and offered to make it right. They did so by having the owner come out personally to perform the work, which he did the same day. It was dark when he arrived after his last call, but he went up and performed an inspection and repair anyway. To err is human, but to make an error right so completely is devine...or at least out of the norm for a company anymore.Service: Roof repair for storm & wind damage

Asked for an estimate back in March. The owner came out to do a estimate and spent at less 45 minutes to an hour looking and checking every thing said you should hear something from us by the end of the week. I called them twice and have yet to hear anything. 7 months and still no estimate. Very poor communication.Service: Roof repair
