Great experience all around! Vincent, Dante, and David are the absolute best! Their knowledge of their craft is unmatched. I really appreciated how easy they made this process for us, from the original inspection, to helping us reach out to the insurance company, to providing stellar service, and phenomenal cleanup. Once it came time for the actual roof to be replaced, they originally quoted our home as a 3 day job. Their crew showed up around 6:30 am and worked well into the evening, much later and much more efficiently than other companies within our neighborhood. They completely finished the entire job in 2 days rather than 3, which has to be because of the dedication of their crew and the leadership of Vincent making sure everything was perfect and running smoothly. I can not speak highly enough of this company, I was totally blown away at by the professionalism and ease of this team. Having dealt with previous contractors, I unfairly I expected this situation to match the other experiences I had which were not as great, so initially I was hesitant to trust how good this situation was. I am so grateful to admit that I was wrong. I love coming home and looking at our new beautiful roof. Thank you Whitacker Roofing!

The team at Whitaker Roofing were with me every step of the way. Andrew and Dante arrived the morning after the tornado to help secure damaged areas of my roof. They provided a thorough inspection of the roof and pointed out several areas of damage my insurance adjuster missed which resulted in my home needing a whole new roof. The team was great about returning phone calls and answering all my questions along the way. They were extremely helpful when selecting shingles, and even went as far as special ordering a shingle in the color I wanted. I was very pleased with the job site clean-up and impressed that Andrew followed up with me the same day to ensure I was completely satisfied. I would highly recommend this company for any roofing needs.

Whitaker Roofing helped me replace my roof after a storm earlier this year. They were great. They used high def drone footage of my house/roof, detailed pictures of the damage and helped me work with my insurance claim.The roof was off and new one up in 1.5 days. The guys (Andrew and Dante) were really nice to work with too. Good customer service. I highly recommend.

Andrew and the team at Whitaker Roofing Company are one of the best companies I have worked with, period! Beginning with his first inspection of our roof, he was convinced we had hail damage and he did not rest until it was approved by our insurance company. It took 3 inspections, a denial by our insurance and reporting our insurance company to the State Board of Insurance over about 9 months to make this happen. Andrew will be transparent with you with everything going on and help you fight for the approval that you deserve. Removal and installation happens in one day with no pre-delivery or post cleanup. You could not find a better roofer in the Nashville area!

I have a bit of an unusual review. A young man named Vincent came to see my roof after several neighbors had wind damage. I was reluctant to speak to him, but I know some neighbors had damage, so I let him go check out my roof. I must say I was surprised...and very impressed. He came back down, and even though I was expecting the hard sell and a list of dubious damage, he told me my roof was just fine. He thanked me for giving him a chance and asked if he could come back to see me in the future if there was more bad weather. The answer: absolutely.
