Great experience! While building two houses in New Tazewell TN. We bought everything through Duncan. They've been in business allot of years! Very experienced! Very polite! And you don't even have to get outta the vehicle to load anything lumber wise. Thank you Duncan Lumber!

********DO NOT********I REPEATDO NOT GO TO DUNCAN LUMBAR IN CLAIBORNE COUNTY!!!They allowed someone to add to Jerry's account of $11K over 11YEARS AGO! Duncan Lumbar even had proof it wasn't my husband, but the other guy filed bankruptcy so We had to get an attorney and we lost the settlement today!the lawyer did show my husband receipts for everything he had on his Acct from my husband, and he paid back every penny. We Didn't even know about this additional amount until last year (10years after the fact). Absolutely ridiculous!!!I'm pretty sure the owner of DL is friends with the judge. They postponed a court date for a Duncan lumber birthday party.Oh they wanted my husband to be happy with the $11k, because of interest accrued and attorney fees- it was totaled to $96K . But someone had to be responsible and since it was in my husband's name on the account.... Well we took the hit!

Like every good shopper I called Lowe's Ace Hardware To compare prices on the items I was wishing to purchase Duncan lumber prices were anywhere from half Off and I mean $10 at Duncan's versus $19 at Lowe's the other 2 items were at least $1 an $2 cheaper than any place else so save your gas and your time and shop at Duncan's they're well worth it and the people are great and super Helpful With whatever project you might have in mind

Went in there looking for plumbing supplies. I had no idea what I was looking for other than photos and old copper pipe from the previous job. They were more than helpful and got me exactly what I needed and if I had any question they were able to get the answer no problem. Will most definitely use this store again for future jobs.

Dealt with Duncan Lumber for at least 15 yrs now and would recommend anyone. Kinda like a good barber you always want to go back because they do such a good job and by far the best prices. All the years I built houses Duncan Lumber always saved my customers thousands. And that's delivering to parts of Ky where I built. Most Professional people in the market to deal with. When I need something I go to Duncan Lumber. Its worth the drive. Never a bad experience in over 15 yrs.
