I am a widow with a grown high autistic son. My son and i are buying a foreclosure home. We knew going into it that there are alot of problems but all fixable. The roof needed attention and so i got 3 roofers to look at the roof for us and give estimates. Smoky Mountain Roofing was one of the 3. I told them i wanted to patch the roof as we are on a Very limited income. So they come over and patch roof that cost 800, that week the roof starts leaking in another area another 325 Then they say you need a whole new roof, we talk about shingle roof which was way to much money, roll roofing which was suppose to be cheaper but wasn't atleast by much. Then we talk metal, they say 3600 for it, i find someone who could do it for 3200 and i tell them and he says they will do it for 3200. I had to get money from my 86 year old father to be able to get the roof. I had wanted it in coco brown but changed to the forest green look. On august 24 i gave him 2000 down so that he could order roof, i let him know i would have the 1200 on the 3rd of sept. Now i find out he never even ordered the roof. I call him on it and he says i was not ready for roof which was not true, then he ask me do i want the roof or my money back. I say money back because i do not like being lied to. He says he will get me the money next day, i wait all day till evening and text him. He says his truck is broke and that he will get his partner to bring the money. I say ok. Around 8:30 pm while eating i get a call from the partner who says he has my green roof on his trailer and that he will be over next morning to put roof on, by then im really sick of being lied to so i tell him to just bring the material and i will get someone else to put it on. They have never given me my materials or my money back To beat it all i had a wonderful handyman who also does roofing who saw the problems and found out i really do not have to have a new roof at all. They took my money, i got no material. I have had to file a report with police. Talk with lawyer to file a suit against this place. They did nothing but take advantage of a single woman on a low income.

Great roofing company, fast and very knowledgeable about product, came out and tarped our roof in the evening time to stop damage to inside of our home and had New roof on within the week!

I have to give these guys a 5 star. They were fast and always on point. The job wasnt easy at all but they did it no hessitation or proablems i highly recomend this group. Thanks guys yall are awsome!
