On the first snow we had half of our gutters detached and when I called the person on the answered with the rudest “hello”. I questioned I called the correct number and had to ask if they worked for a the company. Then when they came they seemed polite and fix my issue and with out letting me know they was leaving who ever was backing their trailer did this. (See pictures) I called, send the same pictures and emailed it to them. It’s been over a week and not even apology. Was referred by another company. Told Mr. Hatcher I wanted brown vinyl shakes....never sent a sample to chose from, he decided on the material. worker came and assessed the job...a couple days later Mr. Hatcher gave me a price. I never got a contract (he raised the price by $100, nothing in writing). Several weeks later they showed up, shakes were nice but the workers broke several of my solar and low voltage path lights, and as with all contractors they HID the broken pieces or threw them away. Left debris where ever it fell, I am still picking up pieces. Put holes in my week old roof so they could have "steps" to reach the peaks. I gave each member of the 4 person crew $100 each as a tip, only because it was HOT and I felt sorry for them working under those conditions. very difficult to communicate with Marvin, he doesn't listen or respond to questions. The final outcome is nice, I would not recommend this business. It is difficult in this day and age to people who are honest. If they had said "M'am we broke your lights" I would have been upset but understanding it's when people LIE that makes me upset.

We've had Marvin and his team complete 2 vinyl siding jobs for us and both have turned out phenomenal! We would use him again if needed. Both jobs were done about a year and a half apart and both look great!

Marvin Hatcher's gutter work is honest and responsive. He provides the best deal around. I requested multiple quotes, his was the best and he was willing to make repairs to soffits and fascia that other folks would not do. His hard-working crew installed quickly. We did have a miscommunication about my order, but Mr. Hatcher quickly resolved the problem and got things right. I'm satisfied. I would recommend his work.

Marvin did a great job for a very reasonable price. My soffit and fascia were rotting and riddled with holes, and he repaired and capped them and put gutters on my entire house! It looks like a new home thanks to Hatcher's Siding. He also will be replacing a section of aluminum siding and my kitchen window and I can't wait to see how they look considering how amazing everything has come out so far. Marvin is friendly, kind, down to earth, transparent, and will give you a great price!

My husband and I hired Marvin to replace our awful gutters. I am shocked by the bad reviews. Him and his crew did a wonderful job on our gutters. They were all very nice, and walked me through the whole process to ensure that I was happy with their work. I would refer him to anyone! Mr. Hatcher and his fantastic crew of installers are absolutely top-notch. In addition to new gutters, they totally clad the soffits and facias so that I never need to paint those areas again. I am in the process of having several things done to my house at the same time. Hatcher Guttering tops my list of successes. The quality of their work is amazing. We called Marvin because our gutter had fallen down on one side of the house. He offered to come out the very next morning to fix it up. He came out exactly when he said he would and it took him and his partner just a short time to get my gutter back up and running. He even went through and for no extra charge checked my other gutters and re stabilized one that would have fallen down soon enough. He was VERY reasonably priced. We will definitely call him again.

Part of my gutter had fallen down, called Marvin, him and helped came in 30 minutes and put gutter back up with new brackets and put screws in elbows and downspouts.Very reasonable price. He will get all my work from now on.Neighbor called while he was here and needed work done also, he went straight there.Thanks Marvin

I had a 12 ft x 16 ft deck with a full roof over the deck attached to the house roof, built by a deck building firm. The deck building firm contracted with Hatcher Siding to do the soffits, fascia, gutters and downspouts on the deck roof. They finished the job quickly, and did it in an excellent, very professional manner. Marvin Hatcher said that he had been doing his work for his whole life and it showed in the job that he did.I thought the job was terrific.

After reading the first review, mine is almost exactly the same. Marvin missed the first appointment, I called him on it. He rescheduled and showed 2 days later. He came out Surveyed and gave an estimate on the siding job. We set a date. I called him 2 days prior to confirm and he said "yes I'll be there!" Saturday rolls around, he calls and states he can't come because it's raining where he lives. States he will call me later to reschedule and guess what, never calls! I call him 3 more x's and no answer. I would not reccommend using this company, man or scam or whatever he is! Not reliable and doesn't seem legitimate. I will also file a BBB complaint as well.

Marvin is a down to earth kind of guy. This is a family run operation and not a big box store. He does a great job. I can't understand the bad reviews here. . . he's a sweet man and does good work. Hire local work and the money goes straight into our local community. I would give more stars if allowed :)

This guy answers the phone in a rude manner and thats about the only experience I've had with him because after 2 appointments he has failed to show or call both times. After the first missed appointment I called and rescheduled, he acted like he had no idea what happened and said he would be at my house Saturday at 9am. Guess what... no show and no call once again. Now its pouring and my house is flooding because of this guy's irresponsibility. Why even have a business if you cant be bothered to show?

He's a liar! Was an hour late for the first meeting to give an estimate. Gave a good price and seem to be able to do the job. Set up a date to do the work then a NO SHOW! No calls no apologies or anything. Not very good business!

What a joke. Doesn't even answer the phone with the name of his company. I wish I had read these reviews before I wasted an ENTIRE EVENING on this joker. Scheduled a time to meet him early this morning.After he's 30 MINUTES LATE, I call (multiple times) before finally getting in touch with him. "I'm about 3 minutes away, according to my GPS."... TWENTY MINUTES LATER... no show. No call. Won't answer his phone. So yeah. I ended up wasting my evening waiting for someone who didn't show and then LIED about being on his way.Reporting to the BBB.

He actually showed up to give me a quote. I didn't need gutters on my entire house, so it was hard finding anyone to even give me a quote. He showed up to do the job and went above and beyond. He did a great job on the gutters and burying a new drain pipe underground.

Mr. Hatcher and his crew did a professional job with our gutters. Old gutters came down one day, and new ones went up the next day. He made several suggestions as to the direction of the runoff water, and i all made sense. Left my yard without a trace of residual scrap from the gutters.

Can't speak to the quality of work because I cant get him to come and do it.He came out, gave me an estimate, I said let's do it and I have never heard from him again.I have left multiple voice mails and his web site even has a place to contact him so I tried that. No response.Very strange. All I can say is he is not dependable.

Don't waste your time calling Marvin Hatcher!! I called for an estimate. He made an appointment and was a "no show". He's unreliable and that speaks volumes to the type of businessman he is!!!

Used them a few years ago to put gutters with leaf guards on my house. Had a leak on a corner joint and found a section where they forgot to install a leaf guard and could not get them to come back and fix things!!
