If google allowed you to give a 6 Star review once an year, this review would be it. We woke up to our air handle smoking and My wife, puppy and I were without heat. Upon reaching out to MCH, James(Jambo) had his crew replacing the unit in less than 24 hours. This is not the first time MCH has helped us with different issues in our house. We always get quotes from different companies, and every time, the conclusion has been, why did we not just go with MCH already? Do yourself a favor and give them a call if you want a fair price that does not compromise the quality of work done, but also done in a timely manner. Affordable, fast, quality, 3 words that are hard to have in one sentence, but MCH, can deliver on these.

After learning from an annual HVAC checkup my 24-year old system had a dangerous-to-humans crack in the middle of a freak early November cold spell, I had to act fast for the sake of my tenants. The first two quotes: $11.5 and $13k and a 10-day start date from providers affiliated by my home warranty insurer. I sensed a "panicked customer" ripoff. My property manager called MCH and in less than two days a replacement heat/cooling system had been completed for $7500. Color me relieved.

I just bought my first house and the AC unit was giving me trouble. MCH came highly recommended, and I loved that they are a family owned business. They came out within 24 hours, and Aaron was extremely thorough. He meticulously cleaned my unit, replacing a part for me, and was communicative the entire time. He let me know as long as I take care of it I don't have to get a new unit any time soon. Every employee I spoke with from start to finish was so kind and helpful. I love seeing a small business be really really good at what they do, and plan to only use MCH for all my future needs.

Jason and his crew installed a new super-efficient Mitsubishi heat pump in our 1925 home in East Nashville and they did fantastic work. Their pricing was right in line with another quote I received and they were very respectful, clean, and communicative during installation. They were also diligent about wearing masks in the middle of COVID which was greatly appreciated because we have a newborn and mother-in-law living with us. We’re thrilled with the new unit and highly recommend MCH!

Was super excited to use them since they worked on my previous home. They charged me for product they did not even use ( not cheap). They used old material that was already in my current home when the whole purpose was to replace it since it was old. When asked if they used brand new material they said yes, I let them know I checked the work and they didn’t. They did send someone back out to finish the job “correctly”. Scheduling issues was a big thing. Was told one day, and no one would show up. Brand new HVAC and they still managed to use the 10+ year old metal rusted pipes and left the uncut new one in my yard. Not a honest company.

MCH Nashville are perfect professionals. Their service is quick and proficient and their techs are considerate — from their kindness to making sure they keep your house clean if they have to come inside. The office staff also delivers patient customer service and never make the urgency of your issue a bother.We recently had 5 service calls for our HVAC between thanksgiving and February. We knew the unit didn’t have much life left but when it died, it went quickly. Our tech Aaron was diligent to help our unit last as long as possible but ultimately recommended an immediate replacement. He informed us of the TVA UpLift program which is linked on the MCH website through which we were approved to receive a grant for a new HVAC unit and other energy efficient improvements to our home, saving us thousands of dollars this year and in the years to come. We were even able to request MCH as our preferred contractor for our UpLift installation.We’ve found our go-to techs for all our home maintenance needs. Thank you, MCH!

I just had an excellent experience with MCH this past week. Our AC went out (in this crazy heatwave) in the middle of the night. Someone was able to come out on a holiday (July 4) to assess the situation. By 11am the next morning our unit was completely replaced, up and running. The crew was professional and did a great job. Can’t say enough about how well this was handled and with such expediency.

Fantastic! fabulous and any other superlative you can think of. I had been without my a/c since the 4th of July. Naturally, I was not pleased. MCA answered my request within minutes and had a crew out here the following morning. The actual crew was efficient, personable and professional. And I was given choices and ended up with an excellent unit at an amazing value. Ok, Had a new HVAC unit put in a couple of weeks ago and it works great. I got a quote from 3 different companies and MCH was the best. Not only the price but the customer service was top notch. I called several times to ask question before I pulled the pin with this company. They answered the phone or called back quick and answered them. Once I decided to go with MCH the wait time was short (1 day) until the crew came and began their work. Everything was done professional and the crew was very friendly. I decided to get some plumbing done outside the HVAC and the plumber Steven was first rate. Just so nice to have a professional like him come over and do the job. He explained everything was going to do and then everything he did. The finished work of both the plumbing and HVAC were done to perfection. I now have a plumber and heating and AC in my contacts in my phone. They will be my first call if I have any future needs.MCH is an easy first choice. Kevin.

These guys provided above top notch service. They were able to provide me with same-day service on a Saturday afternoon and they were extremely efficient with their service. Not only was the service great, the technician who came to my home and I hate that I didn't write his name down, but he was extremely knowledgeable about the task at hand. But never-mind him being knowledgeable. The passion and energy that he had about his job was what made me know that I made the right choice with this company.
