Called yesterday (Saturday) talked to Steve. Said he'll come out this morning to take a look and fix if he could (or schedule a day). Showed up this morning on time and was great to deal with. You just can't beat that experience with honesty. Pricing was very fair, up front and the job was DONE RIGHT. Job was high/awkward and dangerous and not one complaint from Steve or Brandon! Great people to deal with if you want fair and honest!! WORST Customer Service Experience EVER. I recently bought a house that needed new gutters. Old Hickory Roofing was contracted to do the work (I didn't choose them--the person renovating the house chose them.) The project was continually delayed. Then, when the contracted workers showed up, there was no notice. They also didn't bother to let me know that a tree on the far side of the house (that was approximately 12 inches from the new gutter) ought to be cut down. A couple weeks later, when the tree smashed into the gutter, I let Mike know. He said it was storm damage and it wouldn't be worth going through insurance. I texted two more times explaining that I needed to have it fixed. When I called this morning, Mike started yelling at me. He assumed that I wasn't willing to pay for the repairs. Instead of explaining that I understood I would need to pay for them to come out and fix the problem, I decided that not having my text messages and calls returned and then being shouted at were reasons not to do business with them again. I let him know that I would be calling another company for the repairs and reviewing their business online to let others know about their terrible customer service. I would never, ever do business with them again and would never recommend them to anyone else. If you're looking for even DECENT customer service, stay far away from Old Hickory Roofing--and do NOT do business with Mike.

Had a bad leak durning a heavy storm. Called in and Steve was out the next day. Gave a fair up front price and returned the next day and replaced the bad section.Thank you for fast service and good price!
