A+ experience all around. I was anxious to go through the process of getting a new roof but I knew it was time. Colin and crew with Tim Leeper did a fantastic job from start to finish. The quote was thorough and Colin answered all of my many questions in a very timely manner. I was scheduled quickly and the crew showed up and finished in under 4 hours. They cleaned up so well you wouldn’t have known they were here! The price was reasonable and less than I hoped to pay and I didn’t have to pay until a few days after the install. The quoted price is exactly what I paid and even the payment process was a breeze. The new roof is gorgeous and I’m so pleased with the color I got (Sierra Grey). I did a ton of research before picking a roofing company and Tim Leeper consistently came up with great reviews. I am happy to say I can now add to those great reviews. Highly recommend!

We just had the roof replaced at our Church. As the project manager, I worked with Tim Leeper from start to finish on the project. The entire process was great! Very professional and responsive throughout! The work crew showed up on time and worked diligently to get the project finished on-time (early in-fact!). As with all construction projects, we encountered unexpected issues as we went along. We knew this from the beginning, not knowing the full extent of damage until the crew got sections of the old roof off. Paul worked with us to come up with a plan to address all our concerns and even saved us "thousands!" over the original estimate. Sebastian, the on-site supervisor, monitored the crew, kept the work going and was there to assist and answer questions the entire time. The crew worked hard and was very respectful of the church property and landscaping. I noticed whenever one of the crew was not working up on the roof, he was walking the area picking up any stray materials and putting them in the dumpster. When Sebastian was not taking pictures, up on the ladder inspecting the work, or ensuring supplies were on-site when needed, he was also making sure the area was picked up and clean. When the work was completed up top, most, if not all, the crew assisted in cleaning up the work site. They finished mid-day on Saturday and we had services the following Sunday. There were many remarks about how well the area had been cleaned and how good the roof looked. We will surely call them back when we do the roof for the administration building. If you are looking for a professional, capable, dependable and honest company to install your roof, look no further than Tim Leeper Roofing. Andy, our salesperson, did a great job of answering all our questions and explaining the entire process so that we knew what to expect. Their talented installers and on-site manager, Sabastian, were amazing and worked like a well-oiled machine. We also had the valuable support of project managers Dalton and Marc, as well as Victoria and Ashley in the office. Andy Price was my point of contact and did a wonderful job. He explained the products and process. The roof crew did great work! My mom's roof was the talk of the neighborhood! So much, she decided to have Tim Leeper do the gutters as well.Customer service ladies were very diligent with keep us up on scheduling thru this process! We would definitely refer or use them again if needed!

We had a roof and gutters replaced in 2019 with a 5 year warranty. Fast forward 4 years to 2023 the gutters were detaching from the house. There was no fascia board installed with the gutters. We also found out the drip edge was not installed on the roof. Shotty work to say the least…Getting Tim Leeper to repair the issues was like pulling teeth. These problems luckily were discovered prior to us putting a roof on another house in 2023. Tim Leeper was not willing to reach out to our insurance and we were advised that we would need to be the middle man. Tim Leeper did tarp the roof on this property in a timely manner which did keep the roof from leaking, kudos. At the time we did not ask the price for roof tarping which was my fault, however $350 seems a bit expensive in my opinion. Needless to say, customer service and follow-up was nonexistent, quality of workmanship was poor, there was no price transparency until the invoice was received 4 months after work. Based on the following facts we would not recommend Tim Leeper for your roofing needs.Services: Gutter installation, Roof installation

I paid good money to Tim Leeper roofing to tear off old roofing and install new roofing in August of 2022. In the middle of June of 2023, I had to get on my roof to clean out my gutters. I realize there were many problems with my roof. Had I not climbed on the roof, I wouldn’t have known about these issues until I found a leak or something. By then, the warranty would have been expired and the company would not have been liable for the damages. A couple of them issues could cause water damage during storms. I called the company to report my issues on 16 June 2023. It is still under warranty. It is now 18 July 2023 and they still have not corrected the problem. I spoke with, Dalton today because they were scheduled to come out the afternoon of 13 July 2023. They did not show up or contact me to let me know. Today, I was told that they have other installs that have been postponed due to weather conditions. What about the condition of my roof? Does the company even worry about its existing customers? They should! The company seems to prioritize money coming in over money already paid. At this point, I don’t think I could recommend this company. Oh, by the way, they didn’t even start the original roofing job on time due to them sending someone else’s roofing material to my address and mine to someone else’s address. When the tornado of 12/9/23 hit our home, we immediately called Tim Leeper Roofing. Our past experience with this great company underscored their integrity and professionalism. The replacement roof installed on our home only 3 weeks after our roof was massively damaged is not only GORGEOUS, but skillfully and professionally installed by an extremely conscientious crew whoworked nonstop on a cold, uncomfortable day.We were approached by MANY independent roofers and contractors in the days following the tornado, but my call to Tim Leeper Roofing was absolutely the best one thus far in the reconstruction of our home. We are so happy we chose to work with Tim Leeper Roofing, from the first call to after install they were patient with our questions, open and transparent, and worked with ease with our insurance to help us get our roof fixed up after hail damage. They also offered the best warranty from those we spoke with--20 years! During install, the teams were timely and efficient, arriving in the morning and working late to finish the job. They use Owens Corning quality materials so you know it's going to last. The teams were respectful of our property and kept us apprised throughout the whole process. I’ve Have used Tim Leeper Roofing on 2 different homes I owned. I can’t say enough about the fantastic communication they have and the quality they provide. Each job such as mine comes with a full crew and on site project manger. If there’s a 40% chance of rain they won’t work unless you have water leaking in. All of your landscaping and other things that could be damaged is covered each day. Plants are uncovered at the end of work day. If I have a concern they are on it. Their warranty is incredible. They use magnets to remove nails that possibly fell on your driveway and in your landscaping. If the on-site Proj manager can’t be there they send another one. I’ve been in construction for 36yrs and never saw a roofing company like Leeper Roofing. I had hail damage and a large foot print. They removed the old and replaced with the new in 3 days. Went through three other roofing companies before I got to these guys to repair some damage from last march’s storm… the other guys led me on about what they could do with insurance blah blah blah, these guys actually were straight with me from the beginning and would actually return my calls respond etc. Andy also was the only one who off the top of his head knew what brand shingle I had. After the job there was a small leak but they came back over twice to take care of it free of charge and I was really impressed by that! 5 stars

Andy provided an estimate for a major roof repair after the March 2023 storms and answered SO MANY questions. He also helped me look at affordable options for an unrelated gutter repair. Andy was extremely professional and helpful. Finding a responsible, licensed, and insured roofer in TN with workers' comp is surprisingly difficult. After an extensive search and careful review, I narrowed it down to 2 roofers, and Tim Leeper was one of them. Strongly recommended.

In July 2020 I contracted Tim Leeper to do roof repairs on a rental home I own in Nolensville, TN. The sales rep said that the shingles would not match perfectly but would be really close in color. The color is not even close! When I called to find out how they could correct this I was told "in the contract it states it would not match" I contacted a project manager with Tim Leeper and he looked at the file they have on the repairs and agreed "those really don't match, let me see what I can do" I heard nothing back. I texted the project manager twice before I received a call back several days later. He said "well in the contract we said it wouldn't match and you could have a roof washer see if they could get the color closer. We don't do that." I mentioned maybe I need to contact the BBB to which he replied "oh, um let me check with the DM I'll have him contact you ASAP." That was Sept 9th today is the 25th. I have yet to hear from them. Totally unacceptable for a company that claims to have such high ratings. If you notice in one of the pictures there is a single tab replaced. Tim Leeper never sent off an old shingle to be tested for color and never sent me sample color shingles to choose from. Never mentioned that the roof repairs caused by tree damage might have been an insurance claim. These are all things that were asked if they were done by another roofing company I called for advise.Since your response below... still waiting on your call.Service: Roof repair

They went above and beyond to help get my roof onto my home. They helped us with payment plans and even made sure I got my dogs back when my dogs got out. They checked in on me every step of the process and Joey Hampton kept me informed the whole time. We got behind on payments cause of life, and Joey checked in on us to make sure we were okay.
