Bring nice with the stars to b honest 1. Too high 2. Too high 3. Way to high no ones water bill should b this high unless u hav 15 kids and don't get me stared on the fee to pay online, caus if those of u dnt knw even when u pay w your debit card by walking in even to make payment well u might as well hav pd fee online caus u still get charged a fee!! Seriously?? I can't with this, and lastly my mom and dad were forced to move to knoxville just becaus of this water bill price! Enough said. Someone help plzzz before I hav to report an assault at the police dept! 🙄😬😆Funny not funny and sorry not sorry it's the truth and nobody will tell me differently

These guys constantly charge top dollar for terrible service.I was “late” on payment, they of course sent someone to shut me off, so I paid my balance due plus $35 so he could drive over to warn me I was being shut off. Literally the next day got a bill in the mail for my outstanding balance plus my current balance due in 22 days. Like seriously who shuts you off with ZERO warning for being a few days late? Already have to pay a late fee, plus 4.95 every month to make an online payment through their crappy website to pay. Just dirty to randomly shut off peoples water for being a little late and steal that extra $35 to drive there and shut it off, plus the $35 for them to drive over and turn it back on.I get it if we ran 20-30 days late or something, but don’t send a bill with both balances due next month if you’re shutting off service for a week or less being late.And let’s not forget the fake meter readings, I had bills of $85 for like 3 months straight, so my family all agreed to seriously conserve water for a month. Limited laundry and dishwasher use etc etc and guess what the reading was HIGHER and the bill was $88!!!!So nice to see my other family members on the other side of town with their $53 water bill and they have 6 people living in their house compared to our 3. Harriman utilities must not be broke and having to rob their customers non stop.If you’re gonna charge top dollar for services maybe hire some people in the office who are not miserable and rude. Sorry for the inconvenience of calling in to ask why my water was shut off (I wasn’t even mad or upset when calling I was actually quite nice) yet the person on the phone acted like I was a total scumbag for being late on my payment and asking. Don’t forget who pays your salary in that office!!!

A totally sub-par outfit.Better and more reliable service could be expected in rural Mexico. Most expensive water in the state. Horrible distribution system with constant leaks.I get less than 50 psi at my meter. I have been told I would be lucky to get 20 psi because that is the state minimum. Great service hey, it’s all about what the minimum they can get away with. A top notch distribution system should be in place with the revenue brought in by their outrageous prices.Mayor needs to be thrown out of office.

I can reiterate that these Google reviews are accurate. Moved to OS from Oak Ridge and have only received two bills (both were a combination of the current and previous months) stating I was due on the 15th. However, both times (prior to the date on the bill!) my water was cut off and I had to pay the reconnection fee of $70. I have never received a bill for the current month. Now I have resorted to calling their office around that time so that I don't have to go through this headache again.

We moved here from oak ridge and discovered that these people charge money to allow you to pay them (by debit). After not receiving our first bill, two chain-smoking men showed up to cut it off, and I just happened to be home.The man told me that I had to go to the office and pay if I wanted to pay by debit.He was nice and courteous but he said that since he had already come out, It's a $35 fee, and reconnecting cost $35. The late fee was around $15. Fees:$85. The actual bill was only $63. Calls, notices, or bills sent to this house were Non-Existent before they showed up in my driveway to end my service. We have three phones, a P.O. box, three Email addresses, and they know where we live. $85.00 Fee= $63.00 Bill. The bill came the next day.

Shame on this company. Charging people a fee to pay their bill during this time. They charged 7 dollars to pay your bill. Offered no other options. Shame on who runs this company.

We never receive a bill in the mail and when I call about it they blame the post office. Customer service is horrible!!
