Plain and simple… if you are reading this review go ahead and hire this crew! Matt and his team are trustworthy, professional and their attention to detail is spot on.We have brought them back twice to repair the exterior of our house, rebuild our front porch, repair exterior of our barn and paint (house and barn).What I appreciated most was frequently updated estimates that were detailed and throughly discussed throughout the project. Beyond the additional damage that was discovered as initial repairs were made there were ZERO surprises.Again, if you are looking for professionalism and honesty mixed with high quality work then you’ve found the right construction team with BMB.

Matt and his team replaced our old deck, screened in and roofed the new trex deck. They were on time, professional and their attention to detail was unmatched. The end result was we got a lanai as opposed to a screened in deck. We will never use anyone but Matt and team for future projects. Our neighbors were impressed with the result as much as we were.

Update: Matt and team returned to stain our deck and we can’t say enough good things about their work! Matt is very professional and makes sure everything is perfect before he leaves the job site. Our deck is BEAUTIFUL and has never looked so good. The stain Matt recommended is exactly what we wanted. Matt and his team at BMB are top notch! Work performed consisted of: whole exterior house painted including all window trim and gutters, trim work repaired from wood rot, re-stained decking, rework on stucco siding, repairs and rework on asbestos siding, one outside door replaced, crawlspace door rebuilt from scratch, screened-in porch screen replaced. They started working the day we left for vacation and all was done by the time we got home. Trust is a big thing to everyone and we even left the house key for Matt to go inside when he needed to. Communication throughout was superior. Matt is very respectful and went above and beyond to ensure his work was done the right way. Very pleased to say the least. Don’t look for the cheapest company, look for the right company. Matt can deliver a great product at a fair and honest price!

He does great work with a fast turnaround time, and saved me over $800 on a window replacement compared to another estimate I received! When people are looking for a contractor today, they are often asking for a lot from people that typically don’t deliver. Low pricing, fast work, trustworthiness and clear communication. When other local contractors couldn’t be bothered to reply with anything other than an email saying they were too busy, Matt chose to with me multiple times before beginning our renovation.I had very complicated schedule which he had no issue working around. I also had complications as a tenant regarding the materials and access that could be used. Matt was able to turn out an awesome renovation regardless of these and other complications.He and his crew were always on time, professional and some of few people in general who have been trusted with keys to our home with unsupervised access.I had text message or phone calls every step of the process and updates at the end of work every day.His proposal was clear and official, and he never asked for a penny he didn’t deserve and wasn’t agreed upon. If there were to be any deviations from his original proposal, he was sure that I was the first to know about. He was diligent in ensuring he provided detailed explanations of the options and sought my approval for even the most minute deviation.I have around 5 years of experience as a project manager in the construction industry. From my professional and now personal experience I can tell you the Matt and BMB construction are one of the few contractors left that care more about the customer than the profit. Matt is extremely professional, communicates constantly if there are any delays, does high quality work and has integrity (something I found in very short supply as I spent 6 months trying to find someone to just show up and give me an estimate.....let alone actually do the work).If he says he will do something.
