Had a great experience with USS. From the moment I called, everyone I talked with and met were very friendly and courteous. They were quick on showing up and giving me the estimate. Jason Zuhlke was the estimator and he answered all my questions and explained how my sinking in back porch and two areas of sidewalk could be repaired and re-leveled. Evan Dennison was the specialist that came and did the work. He called to let me know what time he would arrive. He got here and let me know what he was going to do and the end result looked great. Very satisfied and would totally recommend them.

Called USS today about what I thought was a sinkhole on my property. I was put in touch with Kenny Williams at USS who was extremely helpful. It's refreshing to deal with someone so kind and professional! He took the time to talk through the situation with me and recommended some things that I could try to determine if it was a sinkhole or not. He went a step further and advised how to handle if it wasn't a sinkhole, and said to feel free to text him photos and updates. His suspicions were correct, not a sinkhole, yet he still took the time to text with me and provide an expert opinion. This is how a business should be run! While I'm thrilled it's not a sinkhole, I kind of wish it was so I could hire this guy! Ha! Seriously though, Kenny, THANK YOU!!!

Jacobean, Chris J, and Carson did an amazing job and were very professional. They worked hard the whole time and if they took a break, it wasn't for long. They cleaned up after themselves and did a great job putting everything back where it came from. You can't see what they did from the pictures once the mortar dried. Before we started painting different rooms in our house, we had noticed some cracking in our older home that we believe were caused from settling. Chris quickly came out to give us a quote for 3 structural jacks and answered all of our questions, even via email, after the fact when we thought of more.Doug D. & Jonathan W. did excellent work, taking into consideration cleanup, which was very nice, considering they had to go back-and-forth through our kitchen and throughout the house. I would definitely hire USS again.

We are in the process of a real estate deal, and requested further foundation review as part of our inspection. Tyler, from USS, was our foundation expert and offered everything we needed during this process. He was honest, knowledgeable and informative, and, very professional and timely. He even went out of his way to bear the elements and complete our inspection during some aggressive winter weather that shut down most of Nashville. United Structural Systems has been at our home for the last week and a half stabilizing our foundation and slab of our home. The company overall has been amazingly thorough. Evan Dennison did the Polyfill under the slab, protected my furniture, kept the project clean, explained the procedure, and totally cleaned up afterwards. Evan was an absolute pleasure to work with! Clifford was the project manager for the piling install around half of our home. He and his crew were wonderful. Much grading and plant removal was done and they tried very hard to save the irrigation when ever possible. Klifford spoke with us daily regarding progress. Afterwards they regraded, compacted soil, raked and returned the yard to the way they found it. We would definitely recommend United Structural Systems, Klifford, and Evan in a heartbeat!

Chris Crockett came out to our home and gave us a fair estimate to fix our sagging patio. He was professional and explained the process in detail. We agreed to go forward with the work and an appointment was scheduled quickly to complete the work. Evan Dennison was assigned to do the repair. If I could give USS 20 stars I would but I will just put reviews anywhere I can to get the 20 stars. Lol i contacted USS and a few other company’s because of my crawl space kept getting tunnels due to moles drilling under the footer causing water to build up in my crawl space and eventually penetrate my basement wall. I had a temporary fix but was only ment to be temporary. I started contacting a few company’s for estimates and out of the 4 i encountered Ben Perkins who came out and didn’t try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn’t need. I knew exactly what I needed done and he sent me a estimate but to my surprise wasn’t bad at all I elected to have USS conduct the job. Fast forward 2 months I received a telephone call the day before my start date of 23 September 2021 from Dustin Barr who is the Master Foreman for my project. He called and let me know when they were starting. The next day he arrived I was getting ready to go to work and he wanted to show what all he was doing and asked where I wanted the discharge to run out of my home and where to pop it up in the yard we agreed on everything and let him do his work while I went to work. While at work I received a call asking if it’s ok to extend the drainage system another 10 feet so that the sump is on the basement wall I was happy he noticed that because honestly that’s where I wanted it to be. I agreed and he went back to crawling around my small crawl space. The next few days Dustin and his assistant David Adams not only completed excellent work he kept me well informed explaining what everything is and what it does. They didn’t make a mess they didn’t kill my grass they were both respectful of my home, my yard and to me. These 2 gentlemen especially Dustin are very focused on attention to detail and customer service. I highly recommend USS to complete any work at your home. Im also extremely happy I didn’t get a “ floating“ estimate because my biggest fear was the price continuing to go up as the job progressed. The price was EXACTLY the same price I received the day Mr. Perkins quoted it 2 months prior. Very satisfied customer and I’m able to sleep better during heavy rain not worrying about my crawl space anymore!-Services I received was a crawl space Drainage system, sump and sump pump and discharge out into the yard. And the entire crawl space Encapsulated.Services: Waterproofing, Foundations

USS just completed our basement encapsulation and so far everything is exactly as the promised. They were very punctual, kept in contact as to when they would arrive, did a good thorough install and Doug D and Jonathan W were also very courteous and cleaned up after the job was completed. I also want to commend the electrician who installed the dehumidifier. I highly recommend USS and will look to them in the future for any other services that they offer that I may need.
