Garrett Construction built my custom home in Knoxville and was very professional, always great with communication every step of the way, and alerted me to any potential budget issues before they happened so I was well-informed. I'm a repeat customer of theirs and would definitely recommend for any size job in the area. Garrett worked tirelessly to find a quality replacement and delivered the completed project on time and budget.

I worked with GCI on my roof repair and replacement. They were amazing to work with, and our project manager, Gary, was on top of things. He even spoke directly to my insurance adjuster to make sure I was getting everything I needed for my roof! I will definitely use them again for any home projects I have. They replaced the roof on our home and they repaired/reconstructed rooms on the first and second floor that we’re ruined due to extensive water damage when a pipe burst. I am so pleased with the work that has been done on my 1940's house. It was all very timely, professionally and beautifully done Thank you, Gary and your crew! Our first project was to rebuild (from studs on up) the bathroom. It is now absolutely beautiful, with increased space, tiled flooring, walk-in shower, and other good things. An entire roof replacement was second, including new gutters, and we then painted the house exterior and trim. Working with Gary and his people has been a pleasure. My water heater busted and caused extensive damage to my home. I contacted the Garrett’s right away and they alleviated my stress by immediately getting me in touch with the company that dried up all the water and limited the damage. If not for the Garrett’s, I’d have been doing my best with towels and a hair dryer and probably would’ve ended up with a lot of mold and a lot more expense. Fortunately, they knew exactly what to do and walked me through the process. The project manager, Ken, was very organized, patient and knowledgeable and all the repair guys were highly skilled and efficient. They can handle anything.

I had Mr. Rochelle came out and do the estimate. He wanted to do the whole kitchen and livingroom. The livingroom didnt need it even though it was never water damaged. He wanted it done his way because the company wouldn't made much off just doing the kitchen. You dont go in somebodies home and want it your way but not the homeowners way. I informed the Insurance Company of his rudeness and lack of customer service. Stopped payment on check to Garrett Construction. First impression was not good to me. My right to leave a review. Its called Freedom of Speech. If your Mr. Rochelle would of not insulted me in my own home during the estimate you would of got the contract. But like I said first impression. He explained it but not in a polite way. Customer should get it done their way especially for simple request of just doing the kitchen. My house and not Garret Construction. If that first impression of a simple estimate represents the company sure am glad Garrett Construction didnt do my house. My house and I am not going to be talked to rudely. How would you feel if the shoe was on other foot and you was talked to rudely in your house. No Garrett Construction didnt do work on my house because my first impression was not good by your estimator. So I called Travelers Insurance had stop payment. My right and decision. My right to give a review. Your loss not mine.

Excellent customer service. I was on vacation, and had a major roof leak. I contacted Matt and he immediately sent out a crew to tarp my home. Due to the fast response, damage was kept to a minimum. When I returned from vacation the adjuster met me at my house, and within a week a new roof was installed. Great service and quality work!

Our house burned down in December 2018. Nathen Kluemper and the folks from Garrett Construction did an amazing job in every aspect of putting our home back together.Nathen did a great job explaining and making sure we were prepared for everything that was going to happen as we began this process. He took care of dealing with the insurance company and making sure everything was covered.Their subcontractors were an amazing resource when we designed the rebuild of our house.
