Nobody was in the office at 2pm. Drove to both sides of the building trying to find someone to sale me parts even called their number but no answer. Finally talked to some kid around side of building and he acted like he didn't know nothing about the business, he just gave me a zombie like stare and said "were just crushing cars" Something a little strange about that place idk if I'll ever go back there again🤨👎

Service was slow.Parts aren't very "ready" for installation.Prices are high, but within reason.Unwilling to use their parts finder to locate some parts they didn't have.Called another yard. They had my part, but said it wasn't in best condition.Got on their locater and found a perfect one.3 days later, it arrived at my door.Now, C&H. I would still recommend them.Parts is parts and they are nearby.

I called c&h Auto salvage they were friendly on the phone but did not have the part that I needed I would recommend anybody that needs parts to give them a try they have lots of salvage cars to choose from if you need a part

This place is incredible. Long story short, I live in Missouri and my dad travels from Alabama back home from time to time. I’ve ordered from C and H multiple times and they’ve came through for parts with my Subaru that are incredibly hard to find. I cannot thank them enough for helping me with my restoration project!

Bought a motor for my 2005 Toyota Corolla. Motor is no good. Chris Martin refuses to replace the motor. He offers a 30 day warranty. All we want is a motor that runs or my money back.I have gotten nothing but the runaround from Chris Martin.

Well if you are out of state, would not recommend this place. I asked specifically that an item be checked for cracks and explained I already got one, that was no good from another scrap yard. I was told it is good. When I sent pictures of the cracked item, and left phone message, no response, not even to say, so what, you paid, so sorry, no refund!
