This is the worst company ever, they did some repairs on our roof, they were here 20 minutes charged me $450.00, rains came still had same problem, called them to come look at roof, never showed up for 2 different appointments, I call them time after time, get the run around, no one calls back ever, they do not stand behind their work what so ever, just money hungry, they are horrible

This company was hired to put a metal roof on our home over a year ago. They might be okay if you are just buying supplies from them, but if you actually hire them to install a roof then it becomes a nightmare.They don’t return phone calls (even though they have your deposit money), they don’t schedule or show up when they are supposed to, they finally sent a crew of non English speaking people (after we harassed them for MONTHS) that damaged the metal they were installing and DBR has yet to fix the damage (or even show concern of any type) and they left metal shards all over our lawn that we are still finding over four months later, very dangerous.In my 50 years on this planet, this company ranks in my top ten most incompetent and unprofessional service companies I’ve dealt with.

I purchased some metal from DBR indirectly. The delivery guy ran over a Flower pot next to my driveway. I have cameras and seen it. The driver lied about saying he left a note. He didn't. Cameras don't lie. When talking with DBR I asked for $40 for the flower pot. They said no that they would replace it. They made me go through the trouble of taking pictures of three other pots I had beside the one that got broke. I told them that the flower pot would cost them more than $40 and I was just trying to make it easier on them. I guess they thought I was trying to pull one over on them. But over a week later I had not heard from them. I texted them back with no response. I then contacted the third party I purchased the metal from. They talked with DBR and DBR stated that it was an old flower pot and was only giving $30 for it. I have had the plant in a trash bag waiting on the pot they was supposed to be getting. Why over $40 are they making such a hard time for me. Anyway the third party made up the other $10 and now DBR has lost a customer in the future. Why DBR do you treat your customers with no respect and not fulfill your word. I hope that you do other customers better.

If you need metal roofing or trim these are the go to guys! Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. They will make sure you are taken care of in a timely manner. We have used them for multiple projects and we have not been disappointed.

Had dbr dead beat roofers....did ajob for us very destructive people.broke gutters loose at seams left dents in 2 ridge caps was told we will fix did not happen. Never pay for anything that is not finished 8 mts..later not done all we got was broken promises a so called 1500 hundred dollar chimney cap laying under back deck..never picked a screw left them in flower beds an in grass all.around house ..I made a very bad mistake by giving all the money before the job was finished I picked up hundreds of screws. Very destructive bad for business will not give them any more of my business.

Exceptional customer service and very friendly people. They can make residential and commercial screw down panels. They can also make many sizes and profiles of standing seam,snaplock,and T panels if you want a roof without visible fasteners. Not only do they sell the metal to contractors,farmers, and do it yourselfers,they can also have it installed on your home, business,or building structure.
