We wanted a bathroom restoration done to two of our bathrooms and chose this great company. We had a walk-in shower put in our master bathroom, and a new tub shower combination in our guest bathroom. We are extremely pleased with the job they did. Our installation professionals were Jarrod Law and Michael Mills. They did an amazing job that we are completely satisfied with! We highly recommend this company if you want to remodel your bathrooms! Check out the pictures on their website they do better justice than my photos.

I can not say enough about how wonderful this company is! Thank goodness our plumber recommended Innovative Restorations! They have high-quality professionalism and knowledge to help. It is always an emotional toll when our homes sustain damage that disrupts our day-to-day lives, but Innovative will lead you through the process with compassion and understanding. They explain the process thoroughly and will take the time to explain what they are doing and WHY they are doing it. Not many companies do that at all! Least of all, compassionately! And as a big plus, they will take care of the insurance process so you don't have that added burden on top of the mess in your home. If you need water damage restoration, look no further! We had 2 showers replaced in our home. Our master bath was the most intensive remodel, with plumbing and drainage rerouted. The size of the shower was doubled and handicap features were added. The other shower was a replacement with no special changes.Workers Chris and Ryan were great, making sure that they took care of our home and cleaned up everyday. We felt it was time to renovate our master bath to make it ADA accessible. We first met with project designer Anthony Azevedo who came to our home and he and my wife talked for two hours about all our options. We felt very comfortable with Anthony, he was professional and answered all our questions. We decided to go with Innovative Restoration. Measurements and pictures were taken of our shower area. Soon after we received a call from Keenan the project manager and he came out to confirm measurements. Keenan was also professional and informative. We set a date to start and Jarrod Law and Michael Mills arrived with materials, tools and ready to work. They were also professional, taking time to lay down clean floor runners to protect our carpets and hardwood flooring. They also installed visqueen over the bathroom door and all walls in the bathroom during demolition. A vacuum system was brought in to collect the dust and protect the lungs of Jarrod and Michael. The job took three day, every evening when they left the runners were carefully picked up and floors vacuumed. We are extremely pleased how our project turned out. A big thanks to Anthony, Keenan and of course Jarrod and Michael, the unsung heroes, who installed such a beautiful functional shower.Jeanne and Bill

First I want to say everyone I've dealt with at Innovative from the office personal, Jane, Sandy, Judy and anyone I missed to PJ, Keenan, Owner Josiah Kessie and the young men who did the water restoration have been nothing short of respectful and pleasurable to deal with!Due to a leak in that bathroom it ended up being gutted.But this review is mainly to talk about the 2 gentlemen Jerrod and Michael who did the actual remodel of my master bath! These 2 gentlemen showed up with a smile on their faces every morning at the time they said they would, never leaving me looking at the clock wondering when they would be here! They came in everyday and the first thing they did was laid drop cloths to protect my floors. Then they promptly got to work and worked all day only stopping to eat their lunch! These men did it all from repainting, plumbing, the electrical work, new subfloor to new flooring and the new beautiful shower. They kept me informed on every aspect of the job, answered any questions (including a couple that were not related to this job) They cleaned up everyday before leaving, still smiling and when the job was complete they cleaned everything! These 2 gentlemen were an absolute pleasure!I would highly recommend Innovative Restoration and if you're lucky enough to have Jerrod and Michael doing the job you won't be disappointed! They are a total asset to this company!*Last night my 8 year old grandson wanted to shower in the new bathroom. When he got done he said Nana those people made your bathroom cool looking and the shower us awsome! I give it a 10 with a thumbs up!Thank you for a job well done!!!

We live in Farragut, TN and just had new showers put in our guest bathroom and master bathroom by Innovative Restorations. They did an excellent job and I highly recommend them. We are extremely pleased with the work and customer service provided by Jarrod and Michael. The business is in Crossville, TN and they drove back and forth each day, so their days here were a little shorter than if they were local. But there quality of work and customer service made up for a couple of hours out of the day for driving round trip. They even had to correct some issues left by the previous renovation company we used 3 years ago. They made sure their work was completed expertly. Jarrod and Michael showed us what they were doing each step of the way and ensured we were happy with the job. I highly recommend Innovative Restorations and will use them whenever any renovation work is needed.

My wife and I had Innovative Restorations update a shower recently and our experience could not have been better. Thomas and Scott presented and explained all the options clearly, we agreed on a price, and we moved forward.Jade was extremely helpful with the coordination and execution of our project. We had unforeseen scheduling issues that came up and she listened, made the adjustments in scheduling our project and was outstanding in keeping us informed. Jade was great to work with and made the difference in scheduling our project! Thank you, Jade.Jarrod and Mike were the company professionals that did our job, and I mean true professionals, including skill level, people skills and good will. From lining our floors with drop-cloths to total cleanup, they took care of every detail. The quality of the workmanship was a "10". They worked efficiently as a team and completed our shower in less than two days. They were amazing to watch and answered all our questions with kindness and concern. They were so friendly and it didn't take long before we soon became friends. Anyone would be happy to have these men in your home. What an asset!!We have another bathroom that we will upgrade when time and money permits. Jarrod and Mike and the Innovative Restorations team will do that job too, no doubt. First they sent out a “salesman” who said we can remodel your dad’s bathroom for $18000. This included a pocket door and a larger sink. So sign contract and pay a third of the amount so $6300. A few days later a gentleman came out and no can’t do the larger sink or pocket door. The contract does state no refunds on deposit, but the “salesman” said because your dad is a Vet and in poor health if something happened they would refund the money. Before I canceled one of their employees said they hadn’t bought any of the supplies. I ended having to cancel because my dad was admitted to long term care. Well because the contract states no refunds on deposit they made $6300 for nothing. Now I don’t know how their work is and they are nice to talk to, but I would just think they could have given some (if not all) of that money back. So if you use them be fully aware they do not back what they say other then no refunds. I will also say that I don’t understand much about contracts and construction and this might be totally the way every construction company does. Just be sure you will have no reason to change your mind when you sign that contract!

On Wednesday 1/17, we experienced a frozen busted water pipe in our garage. Being new residents to Crossville/Lake Tansi, we were unsure who to turn to to help us with this unfortunate incident, especially during sub-zero temps & wind chills. Our friend recommended Innovative Restorations. PJ Rodriguez (Disaster Recovery Advisor) was very cordial, professional, helpful and quick to respond to get us on our way to demo & repair the water damage, as well as coordinate matters with our insurance carrier. Mason & his colleagues (David, Scott, Joe) were just as cordial and professional in getting damaged areas demo’d for repair. Mason & PJ were very patient with us and concerned for our well-being to get us through this. We will definitely recommend Innovative Restorations if you ever experience an unfortunate incident like we did.

We had a bath tub removal and shower unit installation done by Innovative Restorations. I have to say from start to finish, it was just like it was presented to us by the salesman Thomas Penwell. Our installers were Michael and Ryan. Both were professional in preparation, installation, explanation and cleanup. We weren't disappointed in our new shower unit at all. The shower goes all the way to the ceiling and it is very nice!

Mike V. and his team were fantastic! They arrived when they said they would. He communicated with me daily about what was being done. Construction areas were kept very clean throughout the repairs and remodeling processes. He is very detail oriented and made sure everything was perfect. Innovative restorations remodeled our master bathroom and did a fantastic job. Keenan oversaw the project and made sure it was what we wanted. Jared and Michael were the contractors who carried out the work. We could not have asked for harder workers. They were here every day til the job was done. Innovative Restorations installed a stand up shower in my house. Very professional installers and did a great job. They completed the tub to shower conversion in one day. My house is older and has some issues with walls not being plumb and true. However, they made it look very nice and appealing. Special thank you to Jarrod and Michael for going above and beyond to finish since this is a one bath house. Would recommend them for any bath needs.

I would give it a minus 5 stars.The first machine they brought in just made awful noise, they ended up replacing it because it didn't work. They put heaters downstairs to dry up water, after two days they replaced the heaters because they didn't work. Different technicians got different readings on their water meters, Michael explained that the meters weren't calibrated was the reason.When Michael told us the job was complete we signed off on paper, trusting the company we hired to do a good job.4 hours later, while getting a second opinion there was water found throughout kitchen, foyer, and master bed and bath. And in the basement BLACK MOLD.All I can say is choose wisely when hiring anyone to do work in your home.

We had a leak in the wall from our shower for quite a while and were unaware of it. When we realized it, we called Innovative Restorations, and they were there very quickly to survey the damage and start the remediation process. Hunter and Mason did a great job of tearing out the wet flooring and getting the fans and blowers set up for us. They were quick and courteous and answered all of our questions. They even made sure to ask if the noise was bothersome to us. We were kept up-to-date with daily progress reports, and they always called to let us know when they were on the way to our home to monitor. We highly recommend them!

We needed a no lip walk in shower. Innovative Restoration did a great job. They were easy to talk to and did a no pressure sales pitch.They came out to the house looked at what we had and gave us a quote. They had samples and we got to pick out the walls, hardware etc. We got three quotes and they were the best.Once we signed the contract, they were here within 3 weeks. The carpenter/installers were prompt and very personable. Demo and reinstall was done in 2 days. They laid tarps on the carpets and cleaned up after themselves.They did a great job and I would recommend them. We will have them provide a quote when we put new flooring in.Service: Remodeling

We contracted with Innovative Restorations to reconfigure a guest bedroom walk-in closet and a enclosed/heated/air-conditioned third car garage bay/man cave into a full bath with a walk in closet with through passage to the man cave, making a second master suite and a fourth bedroom. First class business. Responded to my need for Biohazard cleanup. PJ a Manager supervised the entire operation. It involved massive blood and poop in the bedroom and bath. All carpets removed and discarded. The subfloor had mold and mold was scrubbed. All bedding, shoes and clothes discarded. All items thoroughly packed and removed from premises.Huge fans left in premisis which in addition to the expert cleanup cleaned the air in the the other areas of the house. Innovative Restorations employees (Michael+1) were polite, courteous and helpful. They removed my bath/shower combo , the tile surround, and replaced it with a walk in shower with nooks, bench seating and handheld with a regular shower head. All for half the price we were quoted by others. They were very considerate of my husband who had a stroke and explained everything to him, sometimes a few times ! The work was just excellent, even with supply chain issues, and all the rest of the craziness out there, this job was seamless.From ours salesmen ,the office staff and our fabulous installers, job well done.
