I just had a new roof installed by Jeff Woods Construction. It was a pleasure dealing with everyone on his crew who was involved, from the salesman (Tyler) to the project coordinator (Andy) to the on-site project manager (Greg) to the office staff. Everyone was very knowledgeable, helpful, and enthusiastic in providing me with information and answers to my many questions. The roofing crew worked safely and efficiently and was able to complete the job in just one day. They also took good care not to do any damage to my house and cleaned up the property thoroughly afterwards. There’s no doubt that I will go back to Jeff Woods Construction for any other big jobs around my house. They all provide outstanding customer service.

My house is in a remote and rugged area and the deck needed to be removed and a new one built. The deck that Jeff’s crew built is much more sturdy and robust, and the craftsmanship and attention to detail is outstanding. They clearly take pride in their work.

This company is excellent! We couldn't be happier with our experience. Tyler is a wonderful young man who came out to meet us and go over our needs. Very punctual, kind and knowledgeable.We were sent a quote quickly for a new roof and it was a very fair price.The communication was wonderful! The complete job from the tear off to the new roof completion, was a little less than 6 hours.They cleaned up everything and the entire crew that worked on the job was very nice.We have talked with several people at their office as well and each one of them have been great!My husband and I highly recommend Jeff Woods Construction.

I recently had my composite shingle roof replaced by Jeff Woods Construction.I recently started getting some staining on my ceilings after the rains. Suspecting that my roofing was starting to fail, I called a few roofing companies that advertised on the internet and tv/radio. One that featured a child that could not pronounce their company name properly. After receiving a shocking price for a roof replacement. I decided to talk to my neighbors about their recent roof replacements. Finding out that Jeff Woods Construction did the replacement roofs on both of my neighbors’ roofs within the last 2 years.I contacted Jeff Woods Construction, and an appointment was scheduled promptly. Tyler arrived on schedule and was very knowledgeable on the products. He was very sincere and explained the process and cost. He did not pressure us by saying things such as “if you sign right now, we will discount the estimate $1,000.00” as the other contractor did. He actually told me that my roof would last for a few more years!After reviewing the proposal and seeing that the products were the same as the other company and had the same warranties we decided to go with Jeff Woods. Our roof replacement was scheduled for a Friday. Materials were delivered on Thursday, and the installation crew showed up promptly that morning. The job was done in about 8 hours and the area was left in pristine condition.I would also like to say that the other company emailed me and offered to take another $2,000 off their estimate, so they had padded their estimate instead of giving me an honest fair price. Jeff woods price was (I felt) a very honest and fair price and considerably less than the others.I would and will highly recommend Jeff Woods Construction to everyone.

Everything went very well and I'm happy with the new roof. They did a great job cleaning up at the end of day. I have not found any stray nails that they missed during cleanup. I felt they wanted to be the best and they treated my wife and me as valuable customers.

We lost our home to a tornado in Crossville on June 11, 2023. We chose Jeff Woods Construction to rebuild our home and are very thankful we did. We are working mostly with Mr. Jim Woods and Bailey. They have been very responsive and kind during this stressful process. They worked with us on the design and what to expect. Mr. Jim has been actively ensuring the project is expedited and kept on track. He has involved us in the process throughout the rebuild, and is ensuring we are receiving the best quality. He has made several recommendations that we would not have thought of to improve our design. The contractors that he utilizes have been wonderful and understanding with our constant visits. Jeff Woods Construction (JWC) was one of the builders we considered to construct our new home. After meeting Project Manager Jim Woods at our build site, and listening to his reassuring review of our site and JWC's capabilities, we decided to go forward with the construction. Everything about them was great! I had a lot of storm damage and they responded quickly and kept in constant contact about the process. Andy and Tyler were the ones I dealt with most and they were AWESOME!!! They did a fantastic job on my roof and the clean up and they were fast!!!! I had storm damage on my roof and had damage inside also. I called Tyler and he promptly came out to give me an estimate. He showed up when he said he would and inspected my roof. He took plenty of pictures and wrote a report so I knew exactly how bad it was. He scheduled his crew and they showed up when they said they would and worked hard all day to make sure they were able to tear off my old roof and get the new one on. After they finished they went through and cleaned up and even used magnets to make sure they picked up the nails in the yard. Tyler called a few days later to make sure everything went smoothly. The replacement of our old roof was a pleasant and enjoyable event through out the entire process. Tyler, the Estimator did a very good job providing the details of the job right down to the completion of the job. Tyler was able to answer all my questions for exact details and completeness. Eric, the job Superintendent was friendly and cheerful even while he was providing a professional oversight of job. Eric immediately was able to put you at ease, knowing that he would not allow any deficiency to occur. All the Roofers and additional Laborers were courteous and professional, while always performing at the highest quality effort. This is the second major project that I have had done by this company and I will only work with them in the future due to the high quality of their work. Showed up at 7 a.m. and left at 5:30 p.m. with the new shingles installed and two new full size sky lights replaced. Only had to return for a few minutes the next morning to do a final check around the house to be sure nothing was missed in the final cleanup the previous days since it was getting dark.
