The environment here is super depressing, no smiles, music or friendly conversation whatsoever. Every time I’m here I feel like the guys at the desk just got done getting reprimanded by the boss and I am annoying to them. I’ve been here 3 times in the last year and it’s always the same unwelcoming feeling. To be clear I have zero issue with the roofing or tools purchased here but would it be so problematic to have some semblance of a friendly ambience?

Great place to get your metal for your roofs. The staff is friendly and willing to help. They will cut to your length, just make sure to order ahead. I called 24 hrs in advance and the had it ready for me to pick up

I've bought metal from these guys from the time they started 30 more years don't no how many roofs I've covered but now retired never no call backs for faulty materials if I could do it all over these oh boys be there too honest dependable and good products and pricing Best of everything

We expect to be able to buy sheet metal for our gazebo roof. But they only offered to buy it with size precipitations and pre-ordered hours of wise you could buy the pieces they had and pick through it yourself and they didn't have enough workers to actually help so I can't say that it was very good but I did like the store and they do offer high-quality tools all the way around and at good prices

I been doing business we these people for 20 yrs .I’m a roofing contractor and I do nothing but metal . There are times we’re trying to finish a job and we’re short a piece of metal . Plateau are good about helping me out on the last minute of the day. They even made it a panel and laid it out for me to pick it up after hrs . They care about there customers more then anyone else I have ever worked with . There more like family then anything I love these guys all of them are wonderful people and Christians . I am a flat bed truck driver got here after they closed looking to see where to park till the am. A man driving a tractor drove up told him what I was doing he said he was the owner and if I would pull around back he would unload me. Took 1 hour from the time I got there till the time I was untapped, empty and parked for the night. Thank You Jim for your outstanding service. Hope to see you again.

Huge and I mean huge selection of metal. I’ve never even seen the dimensional metal for the roof they have from Kassel Shake or apron is Slate. Simply everything you may want in a very clean and nice shop run by a team that is exceptional and willing to work with you and give you proactive suggestions. Now that is really nice.I highly recommend this shop if you are building a new barn or building. Adding onto a facility like we are in Jamestown or want to enhance your look with a dimensional metal.Also. Power tools of any and every variety available to do the job. So a very diverse shop here. Stop in and take a look. You’ll be very satisfied.
