My experience was awful. The guy at the desk was very rude to me and hollared at me for no reason. They shorted our order cut the second piece wrong and then wanted to charge us for the correct piece to be cut. I have made 5 trips to get this one piece. I had to bring the color Everytime. They keep no invoices on the file for previously ordered material. I won't be back. I will not be talked to crazy or rude. We build alot of building and spend to much money to be talked to stupid and it was their fault.

I really like these guys. They will help you any way they can. They are honest hard working people. I know the owner looks like he could be a hard man to deal with. But he’s not! It’s just the way he appears. Really he is good as gold. Just like a lot of businesses he has met his share of people wanting something for nothing. And for that reason he has to keep his hard up. I believe he would help anyone with anything if they don’t try to ripp him off.

We ordered a dark brown metal for our roof and the color looks burnt red. My husband told them we needed enough vented ridge for an 80 ft house they only sent half the amount we needed. So we had to drive an hour back for more.
