DJ installed a mini split system in May 2021. We called September 2022 to have the unit cleaned. After 10 phone calls over a span of 1 month, finally got an appointment, which they never showed up for. Made several more calls, with no response. Then in September of 2023 called because the bedroom unit was making a noise. After several phone calls, finally got DJ to come out a check out the problem. He decided to clean the (2) inside units first. They used a spray container full of coil cleaner which had a leak and dripped on my floor and the spots took off the finish. I mentioned this to DJ the next day after realizing it was not going to clean up. He was surprised it would not clean up even though I heard the tech telling him the sprayer had a leak. After looking at the bedroom unit that was making a noise, he determined it was the fan motor and said he would order one. After 2 months of him saying the part was lost in shipment twice and then not returning more than a dozen phone calls and text messages, we found another company to replace the fan motor. His Facebook page now says "temporarily closed" for the last 6 weeks. The lack of communication, terrible customer service, and sloppy work of this company is unlike anything I have ever experienced. I cannot recommend DJ for your HVAC needs.

I was a first time customer.Now a forever customer. Gina is so sweet and helpful.D.J. my tech is very knowledgeable, patient, clean, respectful, all over nice guy.I was treated more like he was doing a favor me than just fixing my broke AC unit.He explained everything thoroughly.Pointed out every little problem and why it needed what ever.I highly recommend D.J. and Gina for anyone.Pricing is unbeatable. Was surprised at what I was charged for the all the work he did.If you are looking for AC repair or want a new AC repair tech give them a call!!!!Just had them come out replace improper installed ventilation.Was quoted $400.00.And paid $400.00.They apologized to me for taking so long.Personally I was more worried about them becoming over heated.Clean work done.Quietly.Didn't even knew they here.Forever customer.Did I mention my ac has never worked better!!!!!

DJ has fixed the units at both houses I have lived in and will continue to be my #1 go to when I have problems with the unit in the future. He is easy to talk to and very professional. The repair time is also extremely fast and as we all know it’s impossible to live in TN without cold air in the summer and heat in the winter. We had a newborn 1 day home from hospital in 99 degree weather when the air went out. DJ was the second company to come look at it and he didn't stop until he figured out what was wrong. He came at inconvenient times for other people and proved that he knows what he's doing. He was friendly, trustworthy, reliable, and most of all, he cared to take the time away from his family multiple days to make sure our air was working correctly for our tiny newborn.
