Rory did a great job with my roof. My insurance company was less then cooperative when we started but he had a backup plan. Using LCS Claims Consulting Services Roy Lawson, they were able to provide the insurance company all the legal documents to get my roof replaced. If your insurance company has told you NO, then let them take care of it. All I did was sit back and wait as they took on the big guy. Nothing but my deductible came from me. No contact with the insurance company at all. Great job to Blue Raider Contracting and LCS Claims Consulting Services.

Rory and crew replaced my old damaged tin roof with a beautiful new asphalt tiles. The job was completed with a couple hours! It so nice and quiet to the point that I can't hear the rain! I Love it! My inside ceilings were also damaged from the damaged tin roof leaking during a bad storm. My ceilings are now beautiful!while this was going on I also became ill with the flu, Cory called and checked on me and brought me medicine. I called Blue Raider Contracting to have them take a look at my roof for what I thought was hail damage. Rory came out right away and gave a free drone inspection on my house, checking everything really thoroughly. When he finished he said there was no damage (which was great news and the honesty was a really nice change of pace). When I do have storm damage or its just time to do the roof I will absolutely be calling Rory and Blue Raider Contracting back.

Rory Johnson with Blue Raider Contracting LLC took care of my leaky roof from start to finish.Rory gave me a free inspection and helped me with my very stubborn insurance company that only wanted to replace two shingles on my damaged roof. Rory was able to use his skills to make sure my insurance company gave me a full roof replacement as well as new gutters. His team came out as soon as my insurance company released the funds and replaced my roof in one day with his top of the line matierals. My roof now no longer leaks, looks better than it has in 20 years since my grandparents owned the house, and have new gutters that aren't falling off or look ugly. I had a roof with a defective shingle from the manufacturer. I bought the house new with this shingle. A few years later, I eventually had to replace. I looked at several companies, but finally settled on Rory's. Rory did an outstanding job walking me thru the process of getting my insurance involved in the roof replacement. He met with me and my insurance adjustor as the adjustor inspected my roof. This meeting and roof review was very successful as I got a full roof replacement. He also was there every step of the way as the process went thru on getting my roof installed. Rory is very customer service oriented and also knowledgeable on roof and the roofing business. My roof was successfully installed with no issues and I have not had any issues since installation.
