Very honest and informative from the start. Victor was key in working with my insurance company and he always answered my calls even after the roof was placed. Took less than 2 days from start to finish and after it was done, not a sign anyone was even on the property other than a beautiful new roof. I was able to choose options about the whole experience. They really listen and work with the client. Very professional operation. They did all work in one day. Stripping the old roof off, removing 5 whirly bird type vents, and repairing rotted places in the roof. Then, cut Ridge vents on top for ventilation. Finally installed this beautiful Harbor Blue, 35 yr warranty, shingle roof.3.1k sq. foot roof, total cost of $11,918. Totally satisfied with entire process. Mr. Victor Sanchez covered all costs and photos of the deteriorating roof, when he came out to take measurements and work up a bid. Totally transparent, to include if sections of roof had to be replace, what those repairs would cost.I had 2 other bids from different contractors. Extremely Professional, very punctual, and communication was spot on. Victor took excellent care of us and provided very honest and exact information. He paid attention to every detail, he set and met all expectations. We had major issues getting our insurance company to cooperate. Called late on a Friday afternoon and had one of their contractors, Victor here on Saturday to look at our roof. He even patched a place that had leaked until we could get our new roof. He returned the next week with estimates and a full explanation of options. He took the time to fully answer any questions we had. The crew arrived after the delivery of the shingles. It took a day and a half to complete. Great job and they cleaned up everything around the house thoroughly. The main contractor checked in with us each day and we had a phone number where he could be reached if we had any problems. We have a roof we love and had a great experience with this business! Very professional experience.From the time Victor came and inspected everything. He even took photos of issues where water was coming in. Only roofer who came to bid who showed us the issues. Their bid was the lowest and included more wood and fixed all of our issues. They fixed our roof and put on new roofing on the whole house. This review is really a 4.5 star review. I gave this company a chance after looking at other reviews that are posted on Google and their Facebook page. We had a new roof installed along with a ridge vent and drip edge installed for the gutters. It did not take very long to get on schedule for the new installation. Victor was the sales rep for the company and he was always available for any questions or concerns. The team did show up a couple of hours after the first time was scheduled, but we were kept in the know about the delay. We have a 1500 sq. ft. house and it still only took the team about 5 hrs to get the job done. They cleaned up well and there was a final inspection by Victor at the end to re-check for nails and to confirm the completeness of the job. I do have two concerns, though. The crew painted the plumbing vent pipes and exhaust stack for the water heater brown to blend in with the new roof. While I appreciated the gesture and the explanation of why it was done, I would have preferred to have been asked about this prior to doing it. The other concern I have is that while the shingles look great, I wish that the differences in types of shingles would have been explained so that a more informed choice would have been made. I asked to see samples of some colors that were 'not available.' I did not know and in my research I was not able to discern that there is a difference between the Oakridge and Duration shingles. Having an expensive, long lasting job such as this performed, I would have liked to have had a better breakdown of the options with samples readily available to compare.Services: Roof inspection, Attic venting, Roof installation

Professional came to our house and removed and replaced the roof in one day. The workmanship is great and the communication was great through out. They even notified us that our chimney was in need of repair. Will recommend to friends requiring their service. They were the only preferred owens corning installer in my as area. I recently my had this co. Install a new replacement roof on my home and i want to say I have never seen shingles come off and go back on as they did. I think it was 39 square. I wanted a complete reroof, changing from tin to shingle.My original call was returned almost immediately with an appointment the next day. The Professional Roofing sales representative was prompt, curtious, professional and knowledgable. Sensatitive to our needs and wants.Their proposal contract was simple and easy to read and allowed for flexibility toward our finical situation.Their work crew arrived on time and completed the work in less than one day.
