I called Cody to conduct a formal inspection on my roof following a severe storm/wind event. Cody promptly and efficiently assisted me throughout the entire process. His company specializes in both restoration and roof installation services. If you are in need of a roofer for water intrusion in your home, I highly recommend contacting him as they offer both water mitigation and roofing installation. Following the storm, Cody personally installed a protective tarp promptly over the damaged area of my roof while I was waiting on the insurance company with claim process. Cody has been incredibly helpful in a really stressful situation. While their base of operations is kind of far away, he's always made it to my place pretty quickly. He's very reachable at a moment's notice, as are his staff. When we had a recurrence of an interior water leak, he came over himself and helped diagnose and solve the problem really quickly (given the amount of rain lately with zero leak, i'd say it was a success). He's communicated that if anything happens again I can just call him and he'll come back immediately.He's also been helpful with figuring out the homeowners insurance part of it. Hands down, the best contractor I've ever dealt with. Professional, yet with the personal touch that makes you feel like you're the only customer this company has. The quality of work is top-notch. I had walls torn down and replaced, due to water damage. I can't even tell where the old walls end and the new walls start. The textured finish even matches perfectly. The crews are friendly, hard working, and CLEAN!! Cody did an amazing job helping me through the insurance process, as well.I truly feel like a valued customer, and would 100% recommend to anybody in the greater Nashville area. People in America 🇺🇸 I had a water heater problem, my water heater had started leaking, I kept smelling something and I went into my closet and found out it was sick and wet. My wall had molded. I call my insurance Co. and got Mr. Cody to come out and fix the problem, his company did a great job.
