My experience with Genesis Exteriors has been very positive and pleasant. I had the pleasure of meeting Jason Perez ((Project Manager), Jon Stephens (Team Lead), and Niko Bulin( Team Executive) from Genesis team. All three were pleasant, knowledgeable and most helpful during the process of replacing my home's roof. Mr Perez was always on time and willing to answer my questions. He worked hard as well with my insurance company to finalize the financial part, in a timely fashion. I strongly recommend Genesis Exteriors to everyone who is looking for a reliable source to get some work done around their house.

Had damage to my roof from the tornado and Joshua Williams came out the day after I called on a Saturday, went over all the issues he saw and helped me get my claim info to get this fixed. It’s a breath of fresh air to have a contractor work with you as quick and helpful as he was. I can’t recommend them enough.

Working with Connor and the team was such a great experience! Connor carried me through the whole process working with insurance and everything, including refiling and appealing when insurance denied my claim. Then as soon as we had the claim approved, they scheduled and got my roof on in a matter of days. It was a lucky day for me when Steven came by our house after talking with my neighbor. Our new roof looks great and was completed in a timely manner. The work crew was very polite and completely cleaned up when they were done. More importantly, Steve and the whole Genesis team dealt with our insurance company, which was no easy task at times, and I barely lifted a finger. Genesis did a great job!!! They worked with my insurance company the entire time. I really did not have to do anything. They helped me file the claim with my insurance company and work with my adjuster. It was actually a really easy process.Jon and Nico walked through everything they were going to do and even worked with me to move up my originally scheduled install up a week due to a last minute vacation that we scheduled. They're a great team. I worked with Jon, him and another one of his team members came to my house, they sat down with me and went over every single detail to help me better understand what the insurance was going to cover. They're also very helpful with the communication with the insurance agent.They use quality materials and it's covered by the manufacturer warranty. Overall they're great to work with.

I had a wonderful experience with Genesis Exteriors.A severe storm had damaged my roof. Worse in the front but entire roof had damage.Insurance company only wanted to replace the front half.Jon at Genesis worked to get me a full roof.Very dependable. Just got a new roof due to hail damage in Smyrna, Tn. Insurance only wanted to pay for front of roof. Niko was able to get the entire roof replaced with his knowledge of how insurance works. From start to finish this company was top notch. Connor and Nico explained everything in detail. They worked with my insurance company. I didn't have to do anything. The workers cleaned up the yard, dragged for nails. Made a special effort to get the color shingles I wanted. I highly recommend them. If I worked for this company, Nico and Connor would be the guys I'd go to lunch with.

The roofing team did a good job. No clean up crew was there that day so the mess stayed until sunset. The wife was upset about that. I cleaned up to get into the house easier & back patio to paw punctures . Picked up loose 1" Plastic roof nails that week & seems like once a week since . There was quite a bit of product left behind that was not needed . I moved it out of the driveway once the weekend came & the salesman took it back a few weeks later .Service: Roof installation
