My roof was damaged in a storm this past January. Nick (the owner of Mighty Dog Roofing 161) walked me through the roof replacement process every step of the way. The communication was excellent. The new roof that they put on is premium quality (they also replaced and upgraded my gutters). Mr. Don Lambert stated that he could help us with our roof being in disrepair. We had loose shingles laying in our parking area. One side of our roof was missing a great amount of shingles. We were looking at replacing our roof, by having a fundraiser to raise money for the repairs. Mr. Lambert assured us that he would look at the roof himself and assist with our church insurance company to see if we could get their assistance and approval. We did get approval through our insurance company. We used Mighty Dog Roofing to replace our entire roof. The repairs were done within a couple of weeks after approval and financing from our insurance company. We were greatly satisfied with the job quality and professionalism shown by Mighty Dog Roofing. We would recommend this company to anyone that is looking to get their roofs replaced.

We had an initial salesman that got a couple items wrong, however Nick ended up being our main contact and we got everything straightened out. He was really great to work with, responded timely. He shared a couple locations with shingle colors to have a better expectation and that was very helpful. He coordinated very well when scheduling. The team was great - took a day and a half because we required decking, not just shingles. I hadn't replaced a roof before and was surprised by all the "mess" the day of, but the team did a great job of putting everything in order and cleaning up. We were really happy with the results! As a realtor, it’s crucial to use and recommend vendors that you trust! After a buyer’s inspection report came back with red flags regarding the Hardie board siding, we needed a roofing/siding company to come take a look. I called Mighty Dog Roofing, and they were able to meet me out there next day! Bryce and Nick were extremely knowledge about this particular siding, and knew exactly what was needed to be done to fix the problem and keep the aesthetic integrity of the home. The guys In this company are very serious about their business, as they are very knowledgeable, they're very professional, they're very passionate, and they are very helpful, I can keep going all day long and I will never give them what they deserve. Mighty Dog Roofing helps me from the first minute I called them all the way to the moment I have brand new roof on my house. they never gave up on me. I met Nick Landford, one of the two owners of this company, in person and he is just one of the most respectful people. We can't recommend Mighty Dog Roofing highly enough. After numerous attempts and quotes from other companies, we finally found Mighty Dog Roofing and couldn't be happier. Nick and his team did a wonderful job installing a complicated roof job, adding gutter guards, and installing all new Hardie Board siding. From the initial consultation, Nick was honest, open, and extremely informed. He discussed all of the items we had on our list of "questions to ask" before we even had an opportunity to ask them. Their knowledge of the product and process, coupled with great work and honesty is hard to find these days. I don't often write reviews or sing praises, but I know what a challenge it is to find dependable, good companies to hire. Mighty Dog Roofing should be your next call if you are in the market. I just moved to Tennessee and the house I bought needed some help. So glad I found Mighty Dog Roofing! Nick and his whole crew are awesome! Every one I’ve dealt with has been super polite and go above and beyond to work with you, including helping me chase down my pup when he got out…but that’s another story! This company has been great and very thorough. Especially Don, who has helped us through the entire process. We were hit by one of the tornadoes and he has thoroughly inspected everything to make sure all damage was accounted for. He also stayed for the insurance people to come to let them know about any damage. He took a 3D image of the house showing us the damage. Overall amazing experience. For a stressful situation, they took care of things and reduced my stress about everything. I highly recommend this company.
