They had the best price locally. They gave me a date 8 weeks out but said they call earlier if they could get to me. They called in 4 weeks. I already had site prepped. They had it up in half a day. It is a 12x21 with 10ft legs. At the time of purchase it was $2,200 but with metal prices fluctuating and material shortages it could go up or if good things happen it could go down. Cumberland buildings offered to quote me but when it came down to it, I don't believe they are actually in the pole barn/metal building construction. They told me I have to get a concrete slab first and that's the only way to build. After our second phone call, they hung up on me after I asked "what would you recommend on the height of the building." It was strange because the conversation was always polite, they just never seemed interested in helping me know the build options. Basically told me, "come back when you know exactly what you want. " I don't know what's going on, but just read the reviews (not much) and appears they only install prefabricated carports. Wouldn't trust them to construct something if they can't call back after voicemails and hanging up. Very oddService: Metal building erection

Passed by on our way home, saw the car ports and decided to stop. I walked the yard to see the construction of the buildings. Very well built. They bend all the tubing and do all the welds in their shop. I met the guys in the shop and they stopped all work to talk to me and answer my questions. Very impressed with that. I will do business here and would recommend them to anyone.

The owner and employees are very nice they do good work wasn't happy with one little thing on the carport and the owner himself came out and fixed it looks great would tell everyone to use them
