Kevin Richards was referred to us by the company building our screened in back porch. He was easy to reach and came out quickly for an estimate to remove and replace our old roof. Kevin's estimate was a lot better than I expected and beat another quote by several thousand dollars. He helped us with ideas for shingle colors and left us some samples to compare. Kevin and his crew showed up promptly on the scheduled date, and the crew worked hard for two days, leaving us with a new roof in a color that goes better with our house than the original shingles.

Called Richards & Son Roofing for an estimate to fix roof after storm damage. Came when he said he would, examined the damage and in a few days came back with the estimate. Very reasonable. Kevin and his crew had the roof complete in one day. Cleaned up everything and hauled it off. Would recommend Richards & Son to anyone with roofing issues.

Called a few weeks ago to ask for someone to come out and look at the space between my gutters and fascia as water was leaking behind the gutters and into the roof/ceiling. Was told someone would be out “tomorrow” after giving my name, address, and phone number. “Tomorrow” came and went and even weeks later no one ever showed up or reach out to me to reschedule or let me know they couldn’t make it. I am sure they are great roofers but to me professionalism goes a long way when picking a company to do a job.

Richards and son is a great choice when looking to get a roof repaired or replaced. They come out next day to repair and spot where damage occurred. Once insurance confirmed to put a roof on they gave me a full estimate and stood behind it 100%. Scheduled roof replacement and they was on site that morning and finished in one day.
